Law firms · Website

Build a site organised by practice area, informative rather than promotional.

Website design and development for a law firm means a site structured around practice area pages that inform a prospective client about the process and the firm's experience. It is written to sit within the profession's advertising restrictions. GullySales builds this so each practice area can be found and trusted on its own.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

A shopfront being fitted out: scaffolding standing across the glazed front, a ladder leaning into the right bay, and a new fascia sign on a hoist rope, bolted home at its left end and still hanging low at the right

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For law firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Practice area pages need their own consultation request path”

A page for family law should let a visitor request a consultation without hunting through a general contact page.

  • “Lawyer profiles need qualification and experience clearly stated”

A page listing a lawyer's bar enrolment, experience and the kinds of matters handled builds more trust than a one-line bio.

  • “The site's tone needs to stay informative, not promotional”

Wording that describes experience factually, rather than claiming to be the best, keeps the site within professional guidance.

What we do

What we deliver for law firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A consultation path on every practice area page

Each practice area page built with its own way to request a consultation, rather than routing everyone to one general contact page.

Result: A visitor with a specific matter can act without hunting for a form.

  2. Lawyer profile pages with qualification stated

A profile for each lawyer stating bar enrolment, experience and the kinds of matters handled, rather than a one-line bio.

Result: A prospective client can judge a lawyer's fit before the first call.

  3. A tone review against advertising guidance

Every page reviewed to describe experience factually, correcting any wording that reads as a promotional claim.

Result: The site stays informative and within professional guidance throughout.

  4. A practice area structure built around capacity

The site organised by the practice areas the firm genuinely handles, rather than a generic list borrowed from elsewhere.

Result: A visitor sees an accurate picture of what the firm actually does.

  5. A handover your team can keep updated

A simple way for the firm to update lawyer profiles and practice area content themselves after launch.

Result: Profile and practice details stay current without outside help.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these law firms.

  • Litigation and dispute resolution practices
  • Corporate and M&A law firms
  • Family law practices
  • Intellectual property law firms
  • Real estate and property law practices
  • Tax and compliance law practices
  • Boutique single-practice-area firms

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At the end of the term

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for law firms

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how your website is organised by practice area, how fast consultation requests are followed up, and how your referral relationships are tracked.

  2. 2

    Fix the follow-up

A consultation request routine that replies quickly, staying within the profession's rules on client communication.

  3. 3

    Build informative content

Practice area pages that explain the process and the firm's experience, written to inform rather than solicit.

  4. 4

    Build visibility

Legal directory listings, referral relationships with chartered accountants and other professionals, and published articles.

  5. 5

    Convert and retain

A clear consultation-to-retainer process, a steady client communication cadence, and a referral ask from satisfied clients.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long does this take to build?
It depends mainly on how many practice areas and lawyer profiles need writing, since accuracy matters more than speed here. A single-practice firm's site moves faster than a full-service firm covering ten areas. The audit gives you a realistic timeline for your firm.
Can our existing content be reused?
Factual content about the firm and its lawyers usually can, once reviewed for tone and restructured by practice area.
Can a law firm advertise in India?
Only within narrow limits. The Bar Council of India restricts advertising and solicitation, so we build visibility through informative content, directories and referral relationships instead.
Can we show case wins or client names on our website?
No. Publishing results or testimonials reads as soliciting work, which the Bar Council rules forbid. A website may state your name, contact details, enrolment and areas of practice, and plain explainer articles can sit alongside that.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
