Electronics wholesalers · WhatsApp marketing

Run your rate requests, stock news and reorders on the app your shops already use.

WhatsApp marketing for an electronics wholesaler means using the app where shopkeepers already ask for rates to send stock news, catalogues and reorder reminders. It is the main channel of this trade, so it needs rules rather than improvisation. GullySales sets up a business number, catalogue, quick replies and consent-based broadcast lists.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For electronics wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A personal number does not scale”

Rate requests arrive on several salespeople's own phones. A reply depends on who is free, and the shop history leaves with the phone. A business number with shared handling puts every enquiry in one place and lets the owner see the reply time.

  • “A forwarded PDF goes stale”

A price list sent on Monday is wrong by Thursday, but the shopkeeper still holds it. A catalogue inside the business account, with products and pack sizes you update, shows current stock and removes the argument over an old rate.

  • “Broadcasts need a reason to send”

A message to the whole contact list teaches shops to ignore you. A message about a model they bought before, with a photo and a limited quantity, gets read. The list should be built by what each shop buys, not by who is saved in the phone.

  • “Consent protects the number”

A shopkeeper who did not ask for broadcasts may report the number, and the platform can restrict it. Keep a record of who agreed to receive stock messages and offer an easy way to stop. Check the platform's current rules before any large send.

What we do

What we deliver for electronics wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business number and profile

A WhatsApp Business setup with name, address, hours, brand list and an introductory message for new enquiries.

Result: A new shopkeeper sees a trade profile on first contact.

  2. Product catalogue inside WhatsApp

Brands and models with photos, pack sizes and a request-rate button that opens a chat.

Result: A shopkeeper can browse your range without a PDF.

  3. Quick replies for common requests

Saved answers for rate requests, minimum order, GST billing, delivery and credit enquiries, edited by your team.

Result: Your salespeople reply in one tap with consistent wording.

  4. Segmented broadcast lists

Lists of shops grouped by what they buy, with a record of consent and an easy way to leave.

Result: A stock message reaches only the shops that bought a related model.

  5. Click-to-chat links

Links for your website, posts, map profile and marketplace listings that open a chat with the product named.

Result: Every enquiry reaches the same shared inbox.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these electronics wholesalers.

  • Mobile accessory and repair shops in the old market areas
  • Computer assemblers and laptop resellers
  • CCTV and networking installers who buy for site jobs
  • Electrical and lighting retailers who stock consumer electronics
  • Offices, schools and colleges that buy in bulk with a GST invoice
  • Small online sellers who source from a wholesale counter
  • Appliance dealers in smaller towns who restock by transport
  • Brand service centres that buy spares and accessories

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to all our shops at once?
Only to shops that agreed to receive them, and with a reason for each message. Sending the same offer to every contact lowers the number's standing. We split the list by what each shop buys.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Not at the start. The Business app with a catalogue and quick replies covers a small team. A larger team handling a heavy enquiry load may need the API for shared handling, and we advise once we see your volume.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
