Packers and movers · Lead generation
Fill the survey diary with households that are actually shifting on your routes.
Lead generation for a mover means bringing in people who have a real move date, a real route and goods to carry, and who will let a supervisor visit. GullySales works on route pages, enquiry capture and tracking so the survey diary fills with serious households instead of price checkers.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means
Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For packers and movers
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A shifting date is the strongest signal”
A household with a transfer letter or a lease ending has a date and cannot wait for long. An enquiry that carries a date, two addresses and a floor is worth far more than one that only asks for a rate, and the first form field should reflect that.
“Brokers and builders meet the buyer before you do”
A rental broker closing a lease, or a builder handing over keys, knows a move is coming weeks before any search happens. Treating them as a lead source, with a card and a person to call, reaches families that never compare five listings.
“Price checkers crowd out serious enquiries”
Some callers collect three rates and book none. If every call gets the same long survey slot, the supervisor loses half a day to a person who was never going to move with you. Asking a few questions up front sorts the two groups.
“A missed call is a lost move”
The caller who hears a busy tone dials the next listing on the same screen. Peak weeks make this worse, so the route a call takes when the desk is full matters as much as the advert that produced it.
What we do
What we deliver for packers and movers.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Route-led enquiry pages
One page for each route you run, written around the move itself, with a survey request at the foot.
Result: Each route page carries its own enquiry form and a phone number that is answered.
A qualifying enquiry form
Fields for from and to address, floor, lift, rough item list and preferred date, so the first message is already useful.
Result: The supervisor opens a survey slot with the details to hand.
Broker and builder referral card
A short card and a named contact for property brokers, apartment offices and builders' customer-care desks.
Result: You can list who handed over cards and which of them sent a move.
Source tagging on every enquiry
Each call, form and WhatsApp message is logged with where it came from and which route it concerns.
Result: A sheet shows enquiries by source, so spend can follow the sources that book.
Overflow handling for busy weeks
A plan for calls that arrive when every line is taken: a missed-call reply and a callback list.
Result: Every unanswered call appears on a list with an owner for the callback.
How the result is measured
- Enquiries generated
- Cost per enquiry
- Enquiries by source
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What to capture or send
What to record when a family first asks about shifting.
- Shifting date and how firm it is
- Taken in the household's words, such as after the lease ends. A fixed date goes to the survey diary; a loose one goes to a later call.
- From and to locality, with floor and lift
- Filled by the desk from the first call. It tells the supervisor the crew size, and whether the route is one you run.
- Home size and bulky items
- Two-bedroom, a piano, a washing machine, a car. A photograph sent on WhatsApp gives the supervisor a first view before the survey.
- Who is paying
- The family, an employer under a relocation policy or a landlord. It changes the paperwork you send and the person who approves the estimate.
- How they heard of you
- A broker, a builder's desk, a neighbour or a search. Logged on every enquiry, it shows which referrer deserves another visit.
Who it is for
This is written for these packers and movers.
- Households shifting within a city
- Families moving between cities for a job transfer
- Bachelors and students moving a room's worth of goods
- Corporate employees under a relocation policy
- Car and two-wheeler transport for movers
- Shops and small offices moving premises
- Overseas movers sending goods by sea or air
- People storing goods between moves
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- Your supervisors are booked through the month-end rush, and extra enquiries would wait until the family booked another mover.
- You have no one to call back a missed enquiry the same day, so leads bought or earned would be lost.
- You have not decided the routes you will take, and leads from other cities would be refused.
How it works
How the lead generation work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Understand your capacity
We ask how many enquiries your team can answer well, who answers after hours, and what a good enquiry looks like. Without this, the system fills a funnel nobody is watching.
- 2
Audit current sources
We read your call log, WhatsApp chats, enquiry sheet and platform dashboards. The baseline is recorded: enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order.
- 3
Strategise the channel mix
Search and maps are chosen for people ready to buy, ads for people who are not yet looking, and content and referrals for trust.
- 4
Implement capture and follow-up
Pages, forms, tags, the lead record and the first-reply message are built and tested end to end. We submit test enquiries ourselves before any media money is spent.
- 5
Measure and optimise
Enquiries are traced to source and judged by what became orders, not by volume alone. Channels that fill the sheet with poor enquiries are cut back. How often you are reported to is agreed in writing.
Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
Step 1
Sales audit
Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.
Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.
Step 2 · you are here
Sales process design
One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.
Start here if every salesperson sells differently.
Step 3
Sales management
A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.
Start here if the team has targets and no routine.
