AAC block manufacturers · Local SEO

Be the plant a builder finds when searching for AAC blocks near their site.

Local SEO for an AAC plant is the work of showing up in map and town searches inside the area your trucks can reach. GullySales works on your business profile, town pages and the dealers who stock your blocks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For AAC block manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Distance decides the rate, so buyers search by town”

A block is heavy and breakage rises with every kilometre. Builders search for AAC blocks in their own town because the nearest plant, with delivered cost to site, is the only quote worth asking for.

  • “The business profile is the first page a map searcher sees”

A builder who finds your plant on a map sees the address, the photos and the reviews before the website. A profile with a wrong location, an old number or no yard photos loses the call.

  • “Dealers carry the plant's name in places you cannot visit”

A building material dealer in a nearby town is the local presence you lack. If the dealer's listing does not name your blocks, the search shows a competitor instead.

What we do

What we deliver for AAC block manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete business profile for the plant

Address, business type, service area, products, opening hours and photos of the yard and stacked blocks, checked against the gate and the weighbridge.

Result: The profile matches what a driver finds at the plant.

  2. Town and district service pages

One page for each place you deliver to, with the nearest dealer, the types of project and the lead contact for that area.

Result: A builder in a town sees a page about their town.

  3. Dealer listings that name your blocks

A short sheet each dealer can use for their own profile, naming the products and the plant you supply from.

Result: A search for AAC in a dealer's town can lead back to your plant.

  4. A way to ask for reviews on supplied projects

A message the sales engineer sends to a builder or contractor after a supply, asking for an honest account in their own words.

Result: Reviews arrive from real projects with real suppliers.

  5. A tracked phone and enquiry source

Calls and form fills from the profile marked separately from those from the website.

Result: You can see how many enquiries a map search brings.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these AAC block manufacturers.

  • Large AAC plants selling across districts and states
  • Regional units supplying a few cities
  • Makers who also sell jointing adhesive and plaster
  • Manufacturers with technical teams who train masons on site
  • Manufacturers selling through building material dealers
  • Suppliers focused on apartment and commercial developers
  • Producers selling to individual house builders through architects
  • Newer entrants in towns where brick is still the habit

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our plant is outside the town. Does that hurt us?
Not on its own. The profile can show the service area you deliver to, and town pages can say how far your trucks reach. What matters is that the information is honest and matches how you quote.
Do we need a showroom for local search?
No. A plant, a yard or a registered office can all hold a profile. Where visitors are not welcome at the plant, say so and give the sales office as the contact.
Can we ask dealers to review us?
A dealer can review your plant if they have bought from it, in their own words. Do not offer any payment or favour in return, and check each platform's current rules before you ask.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
