AAC block manufacturers · Social media

Show the wall being built, so a mason trusts a block they have not laid.

Social media marketing for an AAC plant means posting the plant, the wall and the people who lay it where builders and masons already look. GullySales works on what to film, which accounts matter and how a comment becomes a recorded enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For AAC block manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A mason believes what they see laid, not what is claimed”

A short clip of a wall going up with thin-bed adhesive answers the unspoken question: is this hard to do. A rate sheet cannot do that, and a clip on a phone can.

  • “The plant itself is content a competitor cannot copy”

Autoclaves, stacked pallets, cutting and the loading yard show scale and process. A buyer who sees the batch being made starts to judge consistency before ever asking for a sample.

  • “Project sites are your best story, with permission”

A finished building made with your blocks tells a developer more than a slogan. Always ask the builder first, and leave out any site, family or worker who has not agreed to appear.

What we do

What we deliver for AAC block manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan around site and plant

A list of shots to take on each visit: the laying, the adhesive, the plaster, the stacked blocks and the truck leaving.

Result: Your sales engineers know what to film when they are already on site.

  2. Short mason guide videos

Clips in the local language showing cutting, chasing and fixing, using your trainers and your own blocks.

Result: Each clip answers one question a mason asks.

  3. Profiles for builders and contractors

Pages on the platforms your buyers use, described with the same address, name and contact as your website.

Result: A builder checking you on a phone finds the same plant everywhere.

  4. A comment and message routine

Who replies, how the message is logged and where the enquiry is recorded when a viewer asks for a rate.

Result: No reply is lost between a platform and your sales sheet.

  5. A platform review in plain words

Which posts brought project enquiries and which only brought views, set against the figures recorded at the start.

Result: You can drop what does not bring buyers.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these AAC block manufacturers.

  • Large AAC plants selling across districts and states
  • Regional units supplying a few cities
  • Makers who also sell jointing adhesive and plaster
  • Manufacturers with technical teams who train masons on site
  • Manufacturers selling through building material dealers
  • Suppliers focused on apartment and commercial developers
  • Producers selling to individual house builders through architects
  • Newer entrants in towns where brick is still the habit

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform should an AAC plant use first?
Start where your buyers already are. Builders and contractors in India watch short video and messaging apps, while architects and engineers use a professional network. We check this against your own enquiries before choosing.
Can we post a customer's building?
Only after the owner or builder has agreed, and not showing private homes or people without their consent. Check the platform's current rules about advertising and tagging before you post.
Do we need a full-time person for this?
Not at the start. A sales engineer with a phone, a plan for shots and one person who edits is enough to begin. Add effort when the posts begin to bring enquiries you can trace.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
