AAC block manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Send the quote, the sheet and the site photo on the chat builders already use.

WhatsApp marketing for an AAC plant is the managed use of messaging for enquiries, quotes, site updates and dealer contact. GullySales works on the business account, the replies and the lists so the chat is organised and respectful.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For AAC block manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Builders send a photo and ask for a rate”

A contractor posts a drawing or a wall photo and asks what the cost will be. A plant with a reply routine, a quote format and a person who answers wins the enquiry before the call is made.

  • “Dealers and masons expect updates on chat”

A dealer wants to know that stock is available and a truck is on the way. A mason wants a short video on mortar. Both happen on messaging, and a plant that uses it well is easier to deal with.

  • “A group of unrelated contacts is a risk”

Adding people to a broadcast list without asking drives them to block the number. Send updates only to those who agreed to receive them, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for AAC block manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set up properly

Name, address, catalogue of block sizes, hours and a greeting that asks for site location and wall date.

Result: A new enquiry gets a useful first reply.

  2. Quote and technical sheet templates

A standard message holding the rate basis, the delivery terms and a link to the technical sheet, edited for each site.

Result: The quote leaves the plant in a consistent form.

  3. A permission-based list

Contacts who asked to hear about stock, price changes or training, with the date and reason recorded.

Result: Broadcasts go only to people who agreed.

  4. Mason training clips by message

Short videos of the laying steps, sent to masons and contractors who ask for them.

Result: The training reaches site workers who never read a brochure.

  5. A hand-off to the CRM

A habit and a template for logging a chat enquiry as a project record when it arrives.

Result: No enquiry lives only on a personal phone.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these AAC block manufacturers.

  • Large AAC plants selling across districts and states
  • Regional units supplying a few cities
  • Makers who also sell jointing adhesive and plaster
  • Manufacturers with technical teams who train masons on site
  • Manufacturers selling through building material dealers
  • Suppliers focused on apartment and commercial developers
  • Producers selling to individual house builders through architects
  • Newer entrants in towns where brick is still the habit

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the sales team use their own numbers?
Use the business number for the plant and let named people reply from it. Enquiries on personal phones leave with the person, and the plant loses the record when they move.
Can we send price lists to everyone?
Send them to those who asked. Rates change with the cost of fuel and raw material, so send a quote for a site, with a validity you state, and not a standing list to a wide group.
What do we do with a message at night?
Set an away message that says when your team will reply and what to send in the meantime, such as the site location. Then answer the next working day with the detail asked for.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
