Commercial refrigeration companies · Reputation management

Answer the review from the kitchen whose cooler broke twice.

Reputation management for a commercial refrigeration company is the work of collecting honest reviews and replying to each one, praise and complaint alike. GullySales sets up the asking, the replies and the follow-up on faults, so buyers see how you behave when equipment fails.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For commercial refrigeration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Only the angry customers write”

The hotel whose cooler failed leaves a review, and the dairy that has had five good years leaves nothing.

  • “Replies are rude or missing”

A defensive reply to a complaint is read by every buyer who checks you before a large order.

  • “Reviews do not name the work”

A review that says good service does not tell a buyer whether you built cold rooms or only repaired fridges.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial refrigeration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A review request after each job

A message with the Google link after a commissioning or a repair, sent to every customer, not just the happy ones.

Result: More customers with real experience are heard.

  2. Reply wording for every review

Replies for praise, for a late visit, for a repeat fault, and for a review that is wrong.

Result: Every review gets a calm, useful response.

  3. A complaint to action routine

A step that sends a review about a repeat fault to the service head and records the cause and the fix.

Result: A bad review leads to a real repair.

  4. Review monitoring

A check of Google, Justdial and other sites for new reviews, with one person responsible.

    Result: Nothing sits unanswered.

  5. Photos and proof in reviews

A gentle ask for the customer to name the equipment or room, with no pressure and no reward.

Result: Reviews tell buyers what you did.

  6. Rules for what you will not do

No payments for reviews, no fake ones and no asking customers to remove a fair complaint.

Result: The reputation you build is real.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to do with each review

Each type of review a refrigeration firm receives needs a different reply, and sometimes a repair.

Praise for a quick breakdown visit
Thank the customer by name, mention the fault in general terms and tell him the service team heard it. Do not copy the same reply for every review.
Complaint about a repeat fault
Apologise for the problem, say a named person will call, and do it. Record the cause. If the same part fails again, tell the customer what you changed.
Complaint about the price of a visit
Reply with the way call-out charges are explained, and offer to walk through the invoice. Do not argue in public, and do not name the amount.
A review from someone who is not a customer
Report it to Google with the reason if the reviewer never used your service. Reply politely that you cannot find a record and invite a call.
A review that praises a named technician
Thank the customer and pass it on to the technician, and ask the owner before using the review in marketing. Do not publish a staff member's personal details.
Never promise removal
Do not tell a customer that you will make a review disappear, offer a discount for deleting it or ask only happy customers for reviews. Reviews can be reported if they break Google's rules, and that decision is Google's.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the reputation management work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current perception

We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.

  2. 2

    Audit existing mentions

We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.

  3. 3

    Plan responses

A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.

  4. 4

    Implement monitoring

Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.

  5. 5

    Measure and report

Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we ask customers for reviews without breaking any rules?
Yes. Ask every customer in the same way after a job, and never offer money or discounts in return for a review, or only ask people you think will be positive. Check the platform's current rules, since they change.
Should we reply in the language of the reviewer?
If a customer writes in Kannada, Hindi or Tamil, reply in the same language where someone on your team writes it well, with a line in English. A badly translated reply looks worse than a short plain one.
A review names our technician. What do we do?
Thank the customer and share it with the technician. If it is a complaint, discuss it with him privately and do not name him in the public reply. Do not reply with details that could identify him or the customer's stock.
Do reviews on IndiaMART and Justdial matter as much as Google?
They matter where your buyers look. Many industrial and trade buyers look at IndiaMART, and local owners at Google. Reply on each, keep your details consistent and see from your enquiry record which one customers mention.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
