Concrete block manufacturers · Website

Build a site that gives the engineer a spec sheet and the mason a way to ask for a rate.

A website for a block yard is the place where sizes, specifications, delivery area and a request for a rate sit in one clear place. GullySales designs the site around what a mason, a contractor and a site engineer each need to see before they phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For concrete block manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must say what blocks and where”

A visitor wants to know the block types you make and the area you deliver to. A banner of stock photographs and a slogan hides both. State the products and the towns in plain words at the top of the page.

  • “An engineer needs the sheet, a mason needs the phone”

The engineer wants a specification sheet to attach to a request, and the mason wants a call or WhatsApp button that works with one tap. A site that offers both serves both buyers on the same page.

  • “A quote form should ask only what the yard needs”

A long form deters a mason on a phone. Ask for name, site location, block size and quantity, and let the yard call back for the rest. Each extra field costs enquiries.

  • “Slow pages lose the buyer at the site”

A mason on a weak mobile connection at the site will leave a heavy page. Small images, plain layouts and quick-loading pages are part of design for this trade, not an extra.

What we do

What we deliver for concrete block manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A product page for each block size

A page per block with dimensions, weight, uses and a link to the specification sheet.

Result: Each block size can be found, read and downloaded on one page.

  2. A downloadable specification sheet

A clean sheet for each size with the strength figures from your own tests and the curing practice.

Result: An engineer can attach the sheet to a purchase request.

  3. A short quote request form

A form for name, site, size and quantity, connected to your enquiry sheet.

Result: Each form submission lands on the enquiry sheet.

  4. Click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons

Buttons on every page that dial or open a chat from a phone with a single tap.

Result: A visitor can call or message from any page.

  5. A delivery area page

A page listing the towns and localities served and how delivery is arranged for each.

Result: The area you serve is stated clearly on the site.

  6. A phone-first layout

A design checked on small screens and slow connections before it goes live.

Result: The site loads and reads on a basic phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these concrete block manufacturers.

  • Hollow concrete block yards serving local builders
  • Solid concrete block makers for compound walls and load-bearing work
  • Machine-based block plants with higher output
  • Yards that also make pavers, kerb stones and precast items
  • Manufacturers selling through building material dealers
  • Plants supplying apartment developers and large contractors
  • Small yards near growing peri-urban towns
  • Producers of lightweight or specialty blocks

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online catalogue with prices?
No. Rates change with distance, quantity and the day, so posting fixed prices can mislead. Show the sizes and uses, and invite a request for a delivered rate.
Can we publish test results on the site?
Publish only results you hold a certificate for, with the date and the block size. A buyer or an engineer may ask to see the certificate, so keep it ready and leave out any figure you cannot show.
Who maintains the site afterwards?
The yard should be able to update contact details and the delivery area without help. We set up the site so these changes are simple, and you decide who on your team makes them.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step
