Door manufacturers · Social media

Show finished doors on real sites so builders and designers see the work.

Social media marketing for a door manufacturer means posting finished installations, factory processes and door details where builders, designers and dealers look at work. GullySales plans the posts, writes the captions and links each post to an enquiry route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For door manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A finished lobby shows more than a catalogue photo”

A row of fire doors fitted in a lobby, with the frame and the closer in view, tells a developer how the door looks on a site. A studio photo of one door on a white wall tells the same buyer very little.

  • “The factory floor earns trust”

Pressing, edge banding, finishing and packing are steps a purchase head never sees. A short clip of the sanding line or the packing bay shows the care that a price per door cannot, and answers the damage question before it is asked.

  • “Designers save finishes, not factories”

An interior designer follows posts of veneer, laminate and carved doors in finished homes. The post that names the finish and the room gets saved and shared with the client, while a generic offer is scrolled past.

  • “Dealers share what they can reuse”

A dealer will post a photo of a door they sold, with your name on it. Giving dealers captioned photos and a sample-corner image gives them material to reuse and keeps your brand in front of homeowners in their town.

What we do

What we deliver for door manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site photo routine

A simple method for dispatch and installation teams to capture finished doors, with the site, door type and finish noted.

Result: Each finished project has a set of labelled photos ready to post.

  2. Post plan by buyer

A plan that gives builders, designers and homeowners separate posts, each with its own call to action.

Result: Every post names the buyer it is written for.

  3. Factory process clips

Short clips of pressing, finishing and packing, captioned in plain terms.

Result: The packing and finishing steps are shown on video.

  4. Dealer sharing kit

Captioned images and a sample-corner photo that dealers can post under their own name.

Result: A dealer receives ready images and does not have to write anything.

  5. Enquiry link on every post

A link or message prompt on each post that leads to the matching door type page or a WhatsApp chat.

Result: You can see which posts brought a message.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters for doors?
Instagram suits finished homes and designers, and LinkedIn suits developers and architects. YouTube holds factory clips and installation guides. The first conversation picks one or two, and we do not spread the work across all of them.
Is it safe to show a client's site?
Ask the builder or owner before posting, and keep the permission on record. Some builders prefer no name, and a photo of the door fitted can be posted without the project name.
Will posts get us orders?
Posts keep your doors in front of the people who specify and recommend them. Orders come from the sample, the quotation and the follow-up, and we do not promise a count of leads from posts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
