Dyeing and processing units · Website

Give a new buyer the machines, widths and papers to check before sending a lot.

A website for a processing unit is the place a cloth owner or an auditor checks before trusting the plant with their grey. It states machines, processes, widths and papers plainly. GullySales builds the pages from the plant itself and keeps the enquiry route short.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For dyeing and processing units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer wants to check capacity, not read a brochure”

The first question is whether the unit can run this quality at this width. A site full of general statements about quality makes the buyer ring up to ask what a page should have said.

  • “Papers are part of the pitch”

An exporter or a brand's auditor looks for treatment and consent details. A page that says what the unit holds, with documents ready on request, removes a hurdle before the first call.

  • “Plant photographs build trust when they are real”

Pictures of actual machines, the lab and the finishing line show a unit that is open to inspection. Stock images of unrelated factories make a buyer wonder what is being hidden.

  • “The enquiry form decides whether the visit counts”

A form asking for ten fields loses the weaver on a phone. One that asks for the job in a few lines, with a call or chat button, gets the message that matters.

What we do

What we deliver for dyeing and processing units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Process and machine pages

Pages for each process with machines, widths, fibres and finishes, written with the plant head.

Result: A buyer can confirm the unit runs their cloth from the page.

  2. Unit profile page

A page with the history, plant layout, certifications held and a contact for visits.

Result: A single page to send to a new buyer or auditor.

  3. Documents on request section

A note of the papers the unit holds and how to ask for them.

Result: A buyer knows what documents exist before asking.

  4. Short enquiry form

A form and chat button asking for fibre, width, finish, shade reference and quantity.

Result: Enquiries come in with the job described.

  5. Mobile-first layout

Pages that read well on a phone, where weavers and traders open them.

Result: The site works on the phone a buyer is holding.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should the website say about compliance?
State only what the unit actually holds, and say the papers are available on request. Rules differ by state and by buyer, so check with your own adviser.
Can we show our customers' names?
Only with their written agreement. Otherwise describe the kind of buyer, such as exporters or weavers, without naming them.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
If the old site is slow, outdated or hard to use on a phone, a rebuild is cleaner. If it is sound, we add the missing process pages and tidy the rest.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
