Electrical panel manufacturers · Social media

Show the shop floor to the consultants and engineers who never visit it.

Social media marketing for a panel manufacturer means using LinkedIn and a few other channels to let specifiers and plant buyers see your work before they ask for a quote. GullySales works on what your team photographs, what is posted and which people see it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For electrical panel manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn is where specifiers and EPC engineers look”

Consultants and project engineers keep their professional profiles there. A post of a finished MCC with its wiring open reaches the people who write make lists, which a broad post to a general audience never does.

  • “Wiring neatness is a selling point you hide”

Buyers judge a panel shop by the back of the panel, the labelling and the cable dressing. Your team sees this daily and posts nothing, while a smaller rival posts a tidy photograph and is remembered.

  • “Customer permission decides what you can show”

A panel for a named plant is the customer's work. Show it with written permission from the customer, and otherwise show the panel without the name. A careless post can cost you the next order from the same buyer.

  • “Founders posting beats a company page nobody follows”

A page with few followers reaches nobody. The owner or the drawing office head, writing plainly about a site problem solved, reaches the buyers who already know their name.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical panel manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shop-floor photo routine

A short guide for your supervisors on what to photograph during assembly and testing, and how to keep names and drawings out of frame.

Result: New photographs reach the marketing desk without a special shoot.

  2. A posting plan for LinkedIn

A list of post types, such as a finished panel, a factory test or a site fix, with a plain caption for each.

Result: Each post has a type, a photograph and an owner.

  3. Permission wording for customer work

A one-line message to ask a customer if a panel may be shown, and a record of the answer.

Result: Nothing is posted without a written yes on file.

  4. Profiles for the owner and key engineers

LinkedIn profiles set up with the company, panel types and a clear introduction for buyers.

Result: A specifier who looks you up finds a complete profile.

  5. Reading what each post brought

A note against each post of the comments, messages and profile visits it drew from buyers.

Result: You see which posts reached the right people.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is Instagram worth the effort for a panel shop?
It is rarely where specifiers look. Start with LinkedIn, then add a channel only when a buyer type is seen using it. We check where your enquiries come from before spreading the effort.
What if a customer objects to a photograph?
Remove it at once and apologise. Ask permission before posting, keep a written record and avoid showing names, drawings or site layouts. That protects the relationship that brings the repeat order.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
