Electronic component manufacturers · Website

Build a site where an engineer finds the rating, the datasheet and the sample form in one visit.

A website for a component maker is a technical reference first and a brochure second. GullySales works on the part-family structure, datasheet library and sample request path so that an engineer can check a specification and ask for a part without writing an email.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For electronic component manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The engineer scans for a table, not a story”

Someone checking a part wants ratings, dimensions and approvals at a glance. A page that opens with a company history buries the table that decides whether the part is considered.

  • “The datasheet library is the area engineers revisit”

Engineers come back to it for revisions and drawings. A library with unclear names, no dates and broken links tells them the company is careless about documents.

  • “A buyer and a quality head look for proof”

Certificates, plant details and process records belong on a clear page. Without them, the supplier form arrives with questions the website could have answered.

  • “Mobile viewing matters on the shop floor”

A purchase or maintenance person opens the site on a phone. Wide tables that cannot be read there lose the visit.

What we do

What we deliver for electronic component manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Part-family structure and navigation

A site map built around families and ratings, with filters where the range justifies them.

Result: An engineer reaches the right part in a few clicks.

  2. Datasheet library with dates and revisions

Files named by part number, each with a revision date and a link to its family.

Result: Engineers see which version is current.

  3. Sample and quote request path

A short form on every family page that feeds the CRM.

Result: Requests arrive with part, quantity and application.

  4. Quality and approvals page

A page holding certificates, process descriptions and audit-ready records.

Result: Supplier forms are answered from one place.

  5. Mobile-readable tables

Ratings tables laid out to read on a phone.

Result: The site works at a bench or on a visit.

  6. Contact routing

Separate paths for engineers, purchase and distributors.

Result: Each visitor reaches the right person.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these electronic component manufacturers.

  • Capacitor and resistor makers
  • Connector, terminal and cable assembly makers
  • Transformer, inductor and magnetics makers
  • Relay, switch and contactor makers
  • Crystal, oscillator and filter makers
  • Sensor and thermistor element makers
  • Fuse, surge protection and circuit protection component makers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we list prices on the site?
That is your decision. Some makers show none and offer a quote form instead. We build whichever you choose, and make sure the quote path is short.
Do we need a full parametric search?
Only if the range is wide enough to need it. For a smaller range, clear family pages with tables serve the engineer better and cost less to keep accurate.
How do we keep the site correct as parts change?
By giving each page an owner and a review date. We set up the list, so a withdrawn rating is removed by someone whose job it is.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
