Footwear manufacturers · Website

Build a site that lists each article, its specification and how a trader orders.

A website for a footwear factory is a trade catalogue that a wholesaler, supplier or brand can use without ringing first. GullySales designs the structure, writes the article pages and sets up the enquiry route that feeds your sales sheet.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For footwear manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A photo gallery does not sell”

A site with page after page of pictures and a phone number makes the buyer guess. The trader needs the article name, sole, upper, size run, colours and carton quantity beside each picture, or has to phone and ask what the site could have said.

  • “Phones are the main device”

A trader opens the link on a phone in a market or at a fair. Heavy images that load slowly, tiny text and buttons close together lose the visit. Pages must read well on a small screen and open on a mobile connection.

  • “Trade terms belong on the site”

Minimum order, payment terms, dispatch practice, how defects are handled and how to start with a trial lot. A site that hides these invites the same questions on every call and loses the trader who prefers not to ask.

  • “The enquiry form decides the lead quality”

A form that asks for article, quantity, city and type of buyer gives your sales team something to act on. A form that asks only for a name and a message produces a call with no context.

What we do

What we deliver for footwear manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A map of pages for article families, private label, safety footwear, school supply, trade terms and contact.

Result: Every buyer type has a page that matches its purchase.

  2. Article pages

Individual pages with photographs from several angles, specification, size run, colours and carton quantity.

Result: A trader can shortlist from the page alone.

  3. Trade enquiry form

A short form capturing article, quantity, city and buyer type that writes into your enquiry sheet.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with context.

  4. Downloadable catalogue and line sheet

A PDF generated from the same content, with article codes, for sharing in chats and fairs.

Result: The PDF and the website carry the same details.

  5. Certificate and standards area

A place for test reports and certificates for safety models, with plain wording about what each covers.

Result: A purchase officer can attach the document to a form.

  6. Speed and mobile checks

Image sizes, layout and loading checked on ordinary phones.

Result: The site opens and reads cleanly on a small screen.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many articles should the site show?
Show those you want orders for now, grouped by family. A site that lists dropped styles confuses the trader. We set up a way to retire an article without breaking links.
Should we have online ordering?
For a trade factory, an enquiry and quote route fits better than a cart. Trade prices, size runs and carton quantities need discussion. We can add online ordering later if you sell small lots to repeat traders.
Who updates the site when a new article arrives?
A named person in your team, using a simple template we set up. We write down the steps so that adding an article takes the same fields each time and the page stays consistent.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
