Granite, marble and stone processors · Social media

Let architects and dealers watch your slabs come off the polishing line.

Social media marketing for a granite, marble or stone processor means showing the real stone, the yard and the finished work where designers, builders and dealers already look. GullySales works on what gets photographed, where it is posted and how a comment becomes an enquiry in your record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For granite, marble and stone processors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A designer scrolls for a surface, not for a brand”

An interior designer saving ideas on Instagram or Pinterest is looking at a staircase, a kitchen top or a temple floor. A post that names the stone, the finish and the thickness gets saved into a mood board, and the supplier behind it is found afterwards.

  • “A wet slab photographs differently from a dry one”

Stone looks richer with water on the face, and a buyer who sees only the wet photograph is surprised in the yard. Posting the dry slab, the wet slab and the cut edge together shows an honest lot and removes the argument at the gate.

  • “Dealers watch what a rival is shipping”

A dealer in another city follows several processors to see new finishes, fresh lots and container loading. A processor who posts a blank feed for months looks idle, however full the yard is.

  • “A comment asking for the rate is an enquiry”

Someone writes 'rate?' under a post and the page replies in public, or never. That person is a lead in a stranger's hands, so the reply has to move them to a private chat and into your enquiry sheet.

What we do

What we deliver for granite, marble and stone processors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shot list for each lot

A fixed set of pictures for every lot: full slab dry, full slab wet, close-up of the grain, the edge profile and a slab beside a tape for scale. It sits in the shared folder next to the lot number.

Result: Each post matches a lot that can be found in the yard.

  2. A profile built for designers

The profile name, description and link set so a studio understands in a few seconds what you cut, which finishes you offer and where to send a sample request.

Result: A designer who lands on the page knows what to ask for.

  3. Post formats for the yard

Short clips of a block entering the gang saw, a slab leaving the polishing line and a crate being loaded, each with the stone and finish named in the first line.

Result: The feed shows a working unit, not stock photographs.

  4. A comment-to-chat reply routine

A short set of replies for rate, size and sample questions that moves the person to a private message and writes them into the enquiry record.

Result: A comment becomes a logged enquiry with a next call.

  5. Finished-work posts with permission

A simple way to ask a builder or home owner for permission before showing their staircase or kitchen, and to credit the architect where agreed.

Result: Finished work is shown with the consent of the people who own it.

  6. A record of what brought enquiries

A column in the enquiry sheet noting whether the buyer came from a post, a profile link or a share by a designer.

Result: You can see which posts led to a sample request.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a stone processor start with?
Start where designers and dealers already are: Instagram for finished work and slab close-ups, and YouTube for yard and process clips. Add LinkedIn if you supply builders or export buyers. One channel kept up beats four left empty.
Should we post our rates on social media?
No. A rate depends on the lot, thickness, quantity and delivery, and a posted figure gets copied and compared without the context. Post the stone, finish and size, and take the rate conversation to a private message.
Can we show a customer's home or project?
Only with their permission, and credit the architect or designer where they agree. Ask in writing before you post, and remove the picture if asked. Avoid showing names, addresses or family members in the frame.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
