Industrial boiler manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a plant engineer finds the boiler, the fuel and a reference.

A website for a boiler maker is the place an owner, engineer or consultant checks before and after speaking to you. GullySales works on the structure, the technical pages and the enquiry path so the site supports a long, consultative sale.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For industrial boiler manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking you after a recommendation”

An owner told your name by a peer opens the site to see whether you build the boiler they need. If the site shows only a company profile and a stock photograph, the owner cannot tell and moves to the next name.

  • “Fuel and capacity should be visible without a click-hunt”

A plant engineer wants to know the fuels you fire and the capacities you build on landing. Burying them in a PDF or a brochure page makes the engineer's job harder than your competitor's.

  • “Reference plants build the trust a claim cannot”

A page listing plant types, fuels and installed boilers, with named plants only where permission is in writing, tells a prospect that boilers like theirs are running. A page of adjectives tells them nothing.

  • “Service customers need their own way in”

A plant with a faulty boiler should find a service contact in one tap. If the only contact is the sales form, the service call joins a queue of enquiries and a competitor's workshop gets the spares order.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial boiler manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure by boiler, fuel and plant

A layout with a page for each boiler type, each fuel and each plant type, linked so a visitor can move between them.

Result: A visitor can reach the page for their fuel or their plant in a click.

  2. Specification tables as page text

Capacity, pressure and fuel details placed on the page as readable tables, with a data sheet download.

Result: A consultant can read the specification on a phone and download the sheet.

  3. Reference plant section

A section listing plant types and installed boilers, with named plants shown only with written permission.

Result: A prospect sees a boiler like theirs running somewhere.

  4. Steam requirement enquiry path

A form on every boiler and fuel page asking for steam need, pressure and fuel, with a call option beside it.

Result: An engineer-ready enquiry reaches the desk from any page.

  5. Separate service and spares entry

A distinct service page with a call link, a message link and a fault report form.

Result: A plant with a fault finds the service contact immediately.

  6. Phone-first layout check

A review of how the pages load and read on a phone, since plant staff open a site on one.

Result: Tables and forms can be used on a small screen.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you improve ours?
We look at what you have first. If the structure can carry fuel and plant pages and an enquiry path, we build on it. If not, we say so and explain what a rebuild would need.
Can the site show prices?
A boiler is priced against a site and a fuel, so we advise against printing figures. The site should explain what drives the quotation and invite the steam requirement.
Who maintains the site afterwards?
That is agreed at the start. Your own staff can update pages we set up, or we can maintain it as a separate arrangement, and either way the content stays yours.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
