Jig and fixture manufacturers · Website

Give the engineer a site that shows the fixture type, the machine and where to send a drawing.

A website for a jig and fixture maker is a set of pages that tells a tooling engineer what you build, on which machines and for which industries, and how to send a part for quoting. GullySales works on structure, wording, photographs and the enquiry form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For jig and fixture manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Tooling solutions says nothing”

A heading like that over a stock photograph leaves the engineer to guess whether you build workholding, press tools or spare parts. Naming the fixture types fixes this in one stroke.

  • “The enquiry path asks too much or too little”

A form that asks only for name and phone produces calls with no drawing. A form with a page of fields is abandoned. The right form asks for the few items needed to quote.

  • “A phone visit is the main way people read it”

Engineers check a vendor on a phone after a referral, sometimes at the plant. Pages that load slowly or need pinching and zooming are closed.

  • “Proof is missing”

A site with no photographs of your shop, machines or inspection equipment gives the buyer nothing to check. Real images and a machine list make a small toolroom look established.

What we do

What we deliver for jig and fixture manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure by fixture type

Pages for each fixture type, each machine and each industry, linked from the home page.

Result: A site map where each fixture type has its own page.

  2. Capability page with machine and inspection list

Your machines, design software and inspection equipment set out for a technical reader.

Result: One page an engineer can print or forward.

  3. Part-brief enquiry form

A short form for drawing or model, material, machine, cycle time, batch and launch date.

Result: A form that sends a complete brief to your inbox.

  4. Case notes section

Anonymised fixture write-ups linked from the matching fixture page.

Result: Case notes that sit beside the fixture type they prove.

  5. Phone-first layout and speed check

Pages tested on a mobile phone for loading, readability and tap targets.

Result: A test record on a phone you name.

  6. Contact route that works

Click-to-call, WhatsApp link and a map pin at your gate on every page.

Result: The same contact route visible on every page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these jig and fixture manufacturers.

  • Machining fixtures and vices for VMC, HMC and CNC lathe work
  • Welding jigs and positioners for fabrication shops
  • Assembly fixtures for automotive tier suppliers
  • Inspection and checking fixtures with gauges
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic clamping fixtures
  • Press tool holding and trimming fixtures
  • Fixture repair, modification and re-qualification work
  • Special-purpose workholding for electrical and electronics manufacturers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does a toolroom site need?
Enough for each fixture type and machine you want to be found for, plus a capability page, case notes and contact. Add pages only when you have real material to put on them.
Can we show customer drawings on the site?
No. Show your own demonstration parts or describe the fixture type in words. A customer drawing or name goes up only with the customer's written permission.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
