Lubricant manufacturers · Social media

Show mechanics and plant people the oil in use, not the drum on a pallet.

Social media for a lubricant maker means short, practical posts that reach mechanics, fleet owners and maintenance teams where they already spend time. GullySales plans the posts around real use of your products, and keeps your distributors in the picture so they can share them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For lubricant manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Mechanics watch short clips between jobs”

A mechanic on a break scrolls a phone. A thirty-second clip of an oil change, a grease point or a filter check holds attention in a way a product photo never does. The clip must show the real step, done correctly, in the language the workshop speaks.

  • “Distributors are your best amplifier and your weakest link”

A distributor who posts your scheme on a workshop group reaches mechanics you will never meet. If the post is badly designed or the offer is out of date, it hurts the brand. Give them ready, current material.

  • “LinkedIn reaches the purchase manager, not the mechanic”

A plant purchase head or maintenance manager reads industrial content on LinkedIn. Posts there should carry a technical point, a case from a trial your team recorded or a note on a grade, and never the discount banner meant for a workshop.

What we do

What we deliver for lubricant manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Platform plan for each buyer

A short note on which platform suits which buyer: workshop groups and short video for mechanics, LinkedIn for plant buyers, and the company profile for distributor recruitment.

Result: Each platform has a stated purpose and an owner.

  2. Practical post series

A repeating set of post types, such as how to read a viscosity grade, signs an oil needs changing or how to store a drum, written with your technical team.

Result: Your team always knows what to post next.

  3. Distributor sharing kit

Images, short captions and scheme details in a form a distributor can forward or post without editing.

Result: A distributor posts your material in one step.

  4. Technical review step

Every post that makes a claim about performance is checked by your technical person before it goes out.

Result: No post says more than the laboratory supports.

  5. Comment and message handling

A routine for who replies to questions on posts and how a question becomes a logged enquiry.

Result: A question on a post reaches your sales record.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform matters most for a lubricant brand?
It depends on the buyer. Mechanics and distributors live on WhatsApp and short video, plant buyers on LinkedIn and search. We start with the buyer you most need and add a platform only when someone can run it.
Can we show customer machines in our posts?
Only with the customer's written permission, and only the details they agree to. Never name a customer or show their equipment on the strength of a verbal nod from a salesman.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
