Lubricant manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a plant buyer checks a grade and a trader reads your terms.

A website for a lubricant maker is a set of pages for product families, datasheets, distributor terms and technical enquiries. GullySales designs it for the two visitors who matter: the industrial buyer who needs facts and the trader who needs to know what you offer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For lubricant manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A product list is not a product page”

A page that names grades without viscosity, applications or approvals leaves the plant buyer to phone for basics. Each grade deserves a page where the facts your lab has measured sit in plain text, with a clear way to ask a question.

  • “The distributor visitor needs a different door”

A trader looking for a new brand wants margin, credit, territory and support. Burying that under product pages means the visit ends. A dedicated distributor page, with a short form, welcomes the trader and gives your salesman a qualified lead.

  • “Claims on a site are read by technical people”

An unsupported statement about performance or approval is noticed by an engineer and costs you the whole site's credibility. Publish what your lab can document, keep marketing language away from the technical sections, and let your quality head read every page before it goes live.

What we do

What we deliver for lubricant manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product family pages

A page for each family with applications, grades and the specification as your lab states it.

Result: A buyer finds the right oil family within a click or two.

  2. Datasheet library

Downloadable datasheets, each with a text page beside it so the details are readable and found by search.

Result: A buyer can check a value without opening a file.

  3. Distributor recruitment page

A page that sets out margin structure, credit terms, territory rules and support, with a short enquiry form.

Result: A trader reads your terms before speaking to anyone.

  4. Technical enquiry form

A form asking for machine, current oil and quantity, routed to the person who answers technical questions.

Result: Technical questions reach the right desk.

  5. Phone-first layout

Pages that load and read well on a phone, with a call and WhatsApp button on every page.

Result: A buyer in a workshop can contact you in one tap.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to list prices on the site?
Not necessarily. An industrial maker may prefer a quote route, since price depends on volume and packing. State clearly how to ask for a quote and who replies, so a buyer is not left guessing.
Can the site show our approvals and certificates?
Show those you hold, with the issuing body and scope exactly as written on the document. Never display an approval you are waiting for or one that covers a different product. Your quality head should check each statement.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
