Marble processors · Buyer persona

Know the mason, the owner and the designer who each choose your stone differently.

A buyer persona for a marble processor describes the people who decide on stone: the homeowner, the mason, the designer, the builder and the trust. GullySales writes them from your own visits and orders, so the stone pages, the quotes and the follow-up speak to the person who is deciding.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For marble processors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homeowner pays but does not choose alone”

A family renovating a flat looks to the mason or designer for the stone. They want reassurance on price, delivery and mess. A page that speaks only to technical buyers loses them.

  • “The mason chooses by reputation and ease”

A mason picks a yard that lets them pull slabs without pressure, delivers the right lot and replaces a broken piece without argument. The mason's loyalty follows the yard that has treated them well on site.

  • “The designer chooses by look and by documentation”

An architect or interior designer wants a named stone, full-slab photographs and a sample set. They need to put the stone in a drawing and defend it to the client.

  • “The builder and the trust choose by paper”

A builder of several villas and a temple committee need a written offer, a recorded lot and a delivery plan. They compare quotes line by line.

What we do

What we deliver for marble processors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona sheets for each buyer

A page for each buyer: what they ask, what they fear and what makes them return, written from your own visits.

Result: Everyone on the yard counter works from the same picture of the buyer.

  2. Question list from the counter

The questions your staff hear at the counter, sorted by buyer and matched to answers.

Result: A new staff member can answer the common questions the same way as the owner.

  3. Stone pages tuned to each buyer

The stone pages arranged with the owner's, the mason's and the designer's questions in mind.

Result: Each page answers what a given buyer would ask first.

  4. Quote format by buyer

A whole-job sheet for homeowners, a specification sheet for designers and a lot note for builders.

Result: Each buyer receives a quote in the form they can compare.

  5. Follow-up message set

Short messages for each buyer after a visit, naming the stone they liked.

Result: A mason, a family and a designer each get a message that suits them.

  6. Review of the personas against orders

A check of the personas against the orders won and lost, adjusting what the sheets say.

Result: The sheets match the buyers who actually order.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where do the personas come from?
From your counter, your orders and your calls. We sit with the owner and the staff, list the last set of buyers and write what each asked and decided. We do not invent buyers.
Do we need one persona for each stone?
No. Buyers cut across stones. A persona describes a person and their route to the decision, and each stone page is then matched to the person most likely to ask about it.
How often do the personas change?
When your buyers change. A new builder client or a shift to imported stock may add a new persona. We revisit them when the order record shows a different mix of buyers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
