Marble processors · Website

Build a website that shows the stack before the buyer drives to the yard.

A website for a marble processor is a set of pages that show your stones, your cutting work and your yard, and take an enquiry that names the job. GullySales designs the site around stone pages, a whole-job quote request and a clear route to the yard, and builds it to load on a mason's phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For marble processors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer is judging stone on a small screen”

Veining and shade are hard to see in a compressed image. Full-slab photographs, close crops of the polish and honest captions help the buyer decide whether the trip is worth it.

  • “A catalogue of names helps no one without detail”

A list of marble names with no photograph, thickness or use is a rate card in disguise. Each stone needs its own page with enough to compare it against another.

  • “The enquiry form is the shop counter”

If the form asks only for a name and phone number, the yard learns nothing. Asking for rooms, area, stairs and city lets the first reply be a quote conversation.

  • “The yard visit is the end of the page”

A site that does not say where the yard is, which gate to use and when it is open sends buyers back to the map. Directions, hours and a visit booking belong on every page.

What we do

What we deliver for marble processors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Stone pages with full-slab photographs

A page for each stone with photographs, finish, thickness, use and an enquiry form.

Result: Each stone you hold has a page you can send to a buyer.

  2. Whole-job quote request

A form that collects rooms, area, stairs, skirting, sills and city in one go.

Result: An enquiry arrives with the job described.

  3. Cutting and finishing pages

Pages for staircase, skirting, vanity and wall cladding work, with what the yard cuts and polishes.

Result: A buyer sees the yard can do the whole job.

  4. Yard and visit page

Address, map, gate, hours, parking, loading and a visit booking form.

Result: A driver can reach the right gate without a phone call.

  5. Mobile-first build

Pages built to load and read on a phone, with a tap to call and a tap to message on WhatsApp.

Result: A mason on site can open and share a stone page.

  6. Easy update panel

A way for your staff to change stones, photographs and stock dates without a developer.

Result: The site shows current stock, not last season's.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Not for stone. The buyer wants to see the slab and agree a rate for the job. A site that takes an enquiry and brings the buyer to the yard fits how marble is bought.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the pages and the photographs should be in your name, with logins held by the owner. We set it up so you are not tied to us.
Can staff update stock themselves?
Yes. We build the site so staff can change stone entries and dates from a phone or computer. A dated page that someone keeps current is better than a perfect one left to age.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
