MDF manufacturers · Manufacturing
Let a furniture factory test your MDF, and know which board is for which job.
A modular kitchen factory outside Pune cuts eight hundred panels a week. The owner has used one MDF for years, but a new HDHMR board arrives from a competitor with a sample, a price and a promise on edge swelling. The sample is cut, the edge is wetted and watched for a day, and the decision is made before anyone from the other factory calls again.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
An MDF manufacturer presses wood fibre into plain, pre-laminated and moisture-resistant boards sold to furniture factories, modular kitchen makers, carpenters and dealers. MDF marketing puts your board in front of workshops and designers who test it on their own saw. GullySales builds the product pages, the sample route and the factory and dealer enquiry record.
MDF is a board bought by people who can test it. They check surface finish, thickness variation, screw holding and edge behaviour on their own saw. A manufacturer who makes that test easy to run is the one whose board gets cut.

How buyers decide
How MDF manufacturers are chosen.
Buyers split into two groups. Factories and large workshops buy by technical test and price per sheet, in container-load or truck-load quantities, and care about consistency batch to batch. Carpenters and small workshops buy through dealers, and ask for the board their dealer stocks and the brand they have seen hold up on site. Interior designers add a third voice, because they specify the board in the drawing.
Plain MDF, pre-laminated MDF and HDHMR are sold for different uses, and confusion between them causes disputes. A kitchen carcass, a wardrobe shutter, a bathroom vanity and a painted door each need a different board. Manufacturers who explain this clearly, in the language of the workshop, are trusted over those who only quote thickness and rate.
The problem
What usually goes wrong for MDF manufacturers.
What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.
“Factories test our board and still buy from the incumbent”
The sample passes, but nobody follows up after the test. The old supplier calls next week and keeps the account.
“Buyers mix up MDF, HDHMR and particle board”
They ask for the cheapest board for a bathroom vanity and blame us when it swells. We were never asked what it was for.
“We sell through dealers and know nothing about the end buyers”
Dealers stock our board but do not share who buys it, so we cannot support the carpenter or the factory.
“Thickness and surface complaints arrive late”
A complaint reaches us after the factory has cut and pressed hundreds of panels. By then the discussion is about compensation, not the board.
“Export enquiries are handled slowly”
Overseas buyers ask for specifications and certificates, and our reply takes days. They move to the next supplier.
“Our dealers cannot explain us”
The dealer knows the price per sheet, but not the density, the glue type or why the board is worth more.
What we do
What we do for MDF manufacturers.
Everything included for MDF manufacturers.
Board-by-use guide
A plain guide that matches each board to its job, such as carcass, shutter, vanity, painted door or flooring core, with thickness range, density band and finishing notes.
Sample and test routine
A standard sample set with a test sheet, a record of who received it and a call set for after the test.
Dealer counter material
A one-page card and a short WhatsApp message each dealer can use to explain your board, written in the workshop's own words.
Technical data pack
A specification sheet, test details you hold and a handling and storage note, set out for a factory purchase head.
Complaint log and response route
A single route for complaints with board batch, thickness and photographs recorded, followed by a call from your team.
Workshop and factory list
A record of every factory and workshop contacted, what board they use now, and when they next buy.
How the result is measured
- Sample sets sent and tests completed
- Orders from factories that tested the board
- Enquiries by buyer type and source
- Dealer enquiries and dealers trained
- Complaints logged and resolved
- Reorder gaps from workshops and factories
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Sample board programme for factories and workshops · Board-by-use guide for kitchens, wardrobes and bathrooms · Dealer training and counter material · Furniture factory and kitchen maker outreach · Interior designer specification sheets · Complaint capture with batch and thickness recorded · Cut-to-size and value-added panel offer · Export enquiry handling · Repeat order reminders to workshops
Priority campaigns
Campaigns for what MDF manufacturers most want to sell.
Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.
Kitchen and wardrobe factory campaign
Outreach and search ads aimed at modular furniture factories in your delivery range, offering a sample set and a test visit.
HDHMR for wet areas campaign
Pages and content about boards for kitchens and bathrooms, aimed at workshops and designers who have had swelling problems.
Dealer education round
Visits and a WhatsApp programme for dealers, covering what each board is for and how to read a test.
Interior designer specification drive
Specification sheets and samples to interior design studios, followed by a call after delivery.
Export sample outreach
Outreach to importers and agents with specification sheets and a sample plan.
Beyond search
Where we reach buyers of MDF manufacturers, beyond Google.
Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.
Modular kitchen and wardrobe factories
Factories within your delivery range are offered a sample set. The call after their wet-edge or screw test asks what they found.
Carpenter workshops through dealers
A small workshop buys what its dealer shows. The dealer card is the way in, and a contact list grows from the workshops each dealer serves.
Interior design studios
A studio that writes MDF or HDHMR into a drawing needs a specification sheet it can attach. Each studio's reply is logged against its sheet.
Door and moulding factories
Door-skin and moulding units that run thin MDF or HDF check surface and thickness first, so they receive the technical sheet with a sample.
Importers and agents abroad
Overseas buyers ask for specifications and certificates before anything else, so the pack goes to them with a sample plan.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the work runs for MDF manufacturers
- 1
Understand the board range
We go through your boards, their uses and their test results with your technical team, so the pages are accurate.
- 2
Write the guide and technical pack
The use guide, the specification sheet and the test routine are written together.
- 3
Open the sample route
Sample requests are taken, couriered and logged, with a follow-up call set for each.
- 4
Train the dealers
Dealers get the counter material and a short briefing, and questions are noted for your technical team.
- 5
Read the record and adjust
If vanity complaints cluster on one board, or factories pass the test and still do not reorder, the log shows where, and the guide and technical pack are rewritten around it.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.
HOPO Hardware
- Situation
- There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.
- What we did
- Website and product catalogue
- Logo and colour palette
- Printed stationery
- Social accounts opened
- Result
- No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
