Mining and quarrying companies · Social media

Show the yard, the grade and the loading as they are, to the people who buy.

Social media marketing for a quarry or mine means showing real stock, real machines and real loading to builders, contractors and plant buyers who check a supplier before they ring. It is not a daily posting habit. GullySales plans a small set of posts around your materials and tracks which ones bring an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For mining and quarrying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer looks at the feed to see if the yard is real”

Before the first order, a contractor opens the page to see whether the stock exists. A feed with a loaded tipper, a heap of 20 mm and a weighbridge slip tells them more than a festival greeting and a stock image of a mountain.

  • “The platform follows the buyer”

A site engineer lives on WhatsApp and YouTube, a plant purchase head on LinkedIn, a builder on Facebook and Instagram. One post pushed to every platform fits none of them, so choose by buyer.

  • “Safety and compliance are the picture a large buyer wants”

A plant buyer cares that the benches are marked, the dust is controlled and workers wear their gear. A short clip of the site shows a standard of work that a price list cannot show.

  • “Followers are not enquiries”

A quarry can collect thousands of followers who live in another state and never buy a load. The count that matters is the number of calls from towns you deliver to.

What we do

What we deliver for mining and quarrying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan by buyer and platform

A short document that names which buyer is reached on which platform, and what each post shows.

Result: Every post has a buyer and a reason.

  2. A shoot list for the yard

A list of photographs and short clips to take on site: stock heaps, grade close-ups, loading, the weighbridge and the crusher at work.

Result: Your team knows what to photograph on an ordinary working day.

  3. Grade and sample posts

Posts that show a handful of each material beside a scale, with the size, the use and where to ask.

Result: A buyer sees the grade before ringing.

  4. A LinkedIn page for plant buyers

A page with company details, the materials supplied, delivery belt and a contact, written for purchase heads and consultants.

Result: A plant buyer checking vendors finds a page that is complete.

  5. Enquiry tags on every post

A tracked number or message link on each post, so a call can be tied to the post that prompted it.

Result: You see which posts bring enquiries and which only collect likes.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to post every day?
No. A small number of real posts that show stock and loading are worth more than a daily greeting. We agree the posts in writing, and the number depends on how much material and time your team has to photograph.
Can we run paid posts for a delivery area?
Yes, where the platform allows it, aimed at the towns you serve and one material at a time. Check the platform's current rules on ads for mining and stone products before spending, and keep the enquiry record beside it.
Who should be seen in the photographs?
Show machines, stock and the work. Where workers appear, get their agreement first, and show them in proper safety gear. Keep photographs of any restricted area out unless your own adviser confirms they can be shared.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
