Motor manufacturers · Social media

Show the people who fit, stock and specify motors that your plant is real.

Social media for a motor maker is a way to keep dealers, rewinders, OEM engineers and plant people familiar with your name between orders. GullySales plans the posts around your factory, products and service, and keeps the tone that of an industrial supplier.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For motor manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is a short list of named people”

A motor maker does not need a crowd. The audience is the dealer owners, rewinders, purchase heads and maintenance engineers already on a list. A post that reaches those few people matters more than reach across a city.

  • “LinkedIn suits OEM and plant buyers”

Purchase heads and engineers read LinkedIn for supplier news. Posts there about the plant, testing, new frame sizes and certifications give a procurement team a reason to trust the supplier before the first call.

  • “Winding, testing and dispatch make good content”

A short video of a stator being wound, a motor on the test bench or a consignment leaving the gate shows capability. Buyers see a real factory rather than a stock photograph, and that decides whether a quote is taken seriously.

  • “Dealers share what they can reuse”

A dealer will forward a clean image of a motor with its rating and price band to a customer. A post designed for that forwarding does more than one designed only for likes.

What we do

What we deliver for motor manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Content plan built from your plant

A set of post ideas drawn from production, testing, dispatch, applications and dealer news.

Result: The team has a list of posts that can be shot at the factory without a studio.

  2. LinkedIn page for OEM and plant buyers

A company page with range, certifications you hold, plant photographs and contact route.

Result: A purchase head checking the supplier finds a complete profile.

  3. Dealer-shareable post templates

Plain images and short captions that dealers can forward in their own groups, carrying rating and contact.

Result: Dealers have material ready to send to a customer.

  4. Short factory videos

Phone-shot videos of winding, testing and loading, edited with captions.

Result: The page shows the plant at work, in the owner's own premises.

  5. Channel and post record

A simple log of each post, the platform and the enquiries it prompted.

Result: The owner can see which posts led to a conversation.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do motor buyers use social media?
Purchase heads, engineers and dealers do, to check a supplier before replying. A profile that looks inactive can lose a quote. Use it to prove the plant is real and current.
Which platform should we start with?
Start with LinkedIn for OEM and plant buyers and WhatsApp for dealers. Add YouTube only if you will keep filming. Check each platform's current rules before running paid posts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
