Office furniture manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a purchase manager finds the specification and sends the requirement.

A website for an office furniture manufacturer is the page a facilities head, contractor or purchase team opens to check what you make, what you have furnished and how to ask for a quotation. GullySales works on product pages, floor photographs, vendor information and a requirement form that gives your estimator what it needs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For office furniture manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is checked after the first call”

A buyer who hears your name opens the site to confirm that you are a real factory. Missing floors, a stale catalogue or an address with no photograph raises doubt that a phone call cannot remove.

  • “A catalogue download is not a product page”

A purchase manager will not open a large file to find one chair. Each product needs its own page with sizes, materials, finishes and photographs, readable on a phone between meetings.

  • “The vendor pack belongs on the site”

Registration papers, certificates, client names you may use and the service contact are requested by every large buyer. A page that gathers them, or a form to request the pack, shortens the first exchange.

  • “The requirement form decides the quality of the enquiry”

A form that asks only for name and phone brings vague calls. A form that asks for seats, floor plan, finish and move-in date brings a requirement your estimator can price.

What we do

What we deliver for office furniture manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product and use pages

Pages for each furniture type and each office setting, with photographs, specifications and a link to the requirement form.

Result: A visitor finds the product or the setting they came for.

  2. An installed-floor section

Furnished floors shown with the seat count, layout and finish, with the client's permission noted.

Result: A facilities head sees work like their own.

  3. A vendor information page

Company details, registrations you hold, certificates, service contact and a request form for the vendor pack.

Result: A purchase team gets the papers without a chase.

  4. A requirement form that feeds the tracker

A form asking for seats, floor plan, finish, location and move-in date, which writes straight into the quotation tracker.

Result: Each submission arrives complete and recorded.

  5. A page for contractors and designers

A section with finish names, module sizes, a contractor contact and a way to request the price list.

Result: A contractor knows how to start working with you.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can the old one be repaired?
If the structure is sound and the pages can be edited, repair it. If the site cannot show product pages, floors and a form, rebuild it. We look at the existing site first and tell you which is needed.
Should prices be shown on the site?
Furniture prices change with quantity, finish and layout, so a list on the page can mislead. Show a starting guide only if you can keep it current, and invite a requirement form for an actual quotation.
Can the site work for tenders?
It can hold your registrations, product specifications and company papers in order, which helps a departmental buyer check you. Tender submissions themselves go through the portal that issued the notice, using the documents your team prepares.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
