Packaging machinery manufacturers · Social media

Show the machine packing something a buyer recognises, and let the clip do the pitching.

Social media for a packaging machinery maker means short clips and posts that put the machine in front of packers and the people who advise them. GullySales works on what is filmed, where it is posted and how a viewer's message reaches your sales team.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For packaging machinery manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The scroll stops for a moving machine”

A pouch forming, filling and sealing in one pass holds a viewer in a way a specification sheet does not. Film the machine running a real product, from a steady angle, with the operator controls in view and no music laid over it.

  • “The audience is small and specific”

A few thousand likes from the general public do nothing for a machine order. The viewers who matter are packers, plant heads, film suppliers and consultants. Posts aimed at them, naming the product and pack size, reach fewer people and the right ones.

  • “Each platform serves a different viewer”

LinkedIn reaches plant heads, consultants and exhibitors. YouTube holds the full demonstration a buyer returns to. Instagram and Facebook reach the small food entrepreneur. One clip cut three ways beats three separate productions.

  • “Comments are leads sitting unanswered”

A viewer asking the price under a clip is a buyer. If nobody replies, or the reply is a bare phone number, the lead goes to the maker who answered properly. A set reply that asks the product and pack size turns the comment into an enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for packaging machinery manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming routine for your own floor

A short guide to filming each machine: angle, light, what to show, what to leave out, and how to record a trial for reuse.

Result: A clip for each machine, filmed the same way each time.

  2. A post plan by buyer type

Posts planned for new entrepreneurs, plant heads and suppliers, each with its own platform and wording.

Result: Each buyer type sees posts written for them.

  3. Clips cut for each platform

The same machine run trimmed and captioned for YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Result: One shoot used across all three.

  4. A comment and message reply script

Written replies that ask for the product and pack size and move the viewer to a trial form or WhatsApp.

Result: Every comment gets an answer that starts an enquiry.

  5. A record of enquiries from social

Messages and form fills logged against the post that prompted them.

Result: You see which clips brought buyers, not only viewers.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Start where your buyer already is. A maker selling to plant heads may need LinkedIn and YouTube only, while one selling to small food units may add Facebook. Check each platform's current rules before running paid posts.
Can we show a customer's product running on our machine?
Ask the customer first and get the answer in writing. Some buyers are glad to be shown, others guard a recipe or a pack design. Where you cannot ask, run a neutral product in the clip instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
