Packaging machinery manufacturers · Website

A site where a packer finds their machine, sees it run and asks for a trial.

A website for a packaging machinery maker is where a buyer checks that your machine suits their product, sees it running and sends a sample. GullySales works on the pages, specification detail and trial form that make that possible.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For packaging machinery manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer arrives with a product in mind”

A site arranged by machine type forces a spice seller to guess which machine applies. Arranging pages by product packed, with the machine type named inside each, lets the visitor find an answer on the first page.

  • “Specifications belong on the page”

A buyer comparing three makers wants pack size, output, film or container, power and floor space side by side. Specifications hidden in a download, or left out, push the buyer to a maker who shows them.

  • “Service cover is part of the product”

A first-time buyer fears the machine stopping with no one to call. A page saying where engineers are, how a breakdown is logged and which spares are held, written from facts you confirm, answers the fear before it is spoken.

  • “The trial form is the main button”

A site that offers a brochure download collects emails. A site that offers a sample trial collects product, pack size and a real intention to buy. The form is the most valuable part of the site and should be easy on a phone.

What we do

What we deliver for packaging machinery manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each product packed

Pages for spice pouch packing, oil filling, powder packing, jar filling and the like, naming the machine, pack sizes and material.

Result: A buyer finds their product from the first page.

  2. Specification tables as page text

Output, pack size range, material, power and floor space written into a table on each machine page.

Result: Machines can be compared at a glance.

  3. A sample trial form

A short form asking product, pack size, material and output, with a clear note on how to send the sample.

Result: Each trial request arrives with the details your team needs.

  4. A service and spares page

Locations, the breakdown routine and the spares held, written only from what you confirm.

Result: The after-sales question is answered on the site.

  5. Machine video on every page

A real clip of each machine running, placed beside the specification.

Result: A buyer sees the machine run before calling.

  6. A phone-first layout

Pages that load and read well on a mobile, with call and WhatsApp buttons in view.

Result: A buyer on a phone can reach you in one tap.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site list every machine we make?
List what you want to sell. Each machine gets a page if it has a buyer who searches for it; minor variants can sit as options on a main page, with the differences stated clearly.
Can the site take orders online?
For a machine, the sale runs through a trial and a quote, so the site's job is to bring the trial request. Spares and film can be ordered online if your team wants that and can handle the orders.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
