Polyurethane component manufacturers · Website

Give a plant a site that shows the parts you cast and takes a worn-part request.

A website for a polyurethane caster is the place where a maintenance head, a purchase manager or a dealer checks what you cast and asks for a trial. GullySales works on page structure, part-family content, the duty form and a site that loads on a phone in a plant office.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For polyurethane component manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive with one question”

They want to know whether you have cast something like their part. A home page that leads with part families and industries, with photographs of real work, answers that before any company history.

  • “Phones and slow connections are the working reality”

Plant staff open a site on a phone, sometimes on a weak connection. Large images, heavy sliders and long forms cost visitors. Light pages and a short request form keep the route to a trial open.

  • “The duty form decides the quote”

A form that collects part, plant, machine, load, medium and temperature gives the foreman what a hardness choice needs. A form that asks only for a name and message produces a call to ask the same things.

  • “Proof should be visible on every part page”

Each part page should show past parts, the industry and, where a plant agreed, a case note. A page of claims with no cast parts shown reads like every other supplier.

What we do

What we deliver for polyurethane component manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around part families

A structure with pages for rollers, screens, wheels, liners, bushes and re-coating.

Result: A buyer reaches their part in a click or two from the home page.

  2. Part pages with photographs and dimensions

Pages using your own images of cast parts, grouped by machine and industry.

Result: Each page shows work your shop has done.

  3. A worn-part request form

A short form with duty fields and a photograph upload, sending to a monitored inbox and WhatsApp number.

Result: Trial requests arrive with the details your foreman needs.

  4. A case-notes section

Space for trial write-ups published with the plant's consent.

Result: Buyers can read how earlier trials went.

  5. Mobile and speed checks

Pages tested on a phone and reduced where they load heavily.

Result: A buyer on a weak connection can still send a request.

  6. Contact, address and listing details

Clear location, contact routes and links to your listings.

Result: A visitor can reach the shop in the way they prefer.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these polyurethane component manufacturers.

  • Casters of conveyor rollers, idlers and pulley lagging for mines and cement plants
  • Makers of polyurethane screens and panels for sand and aggregate screening
  • Wheel and castor casters for material handling and trolleys
  • Liner and wear plate makers for hoppers, chutes and pumps
  • Bush, coupling and vibration pad makers for machinery
  • Printing, textile and paper mill roller coating shops
  • Makers of polyurethane seals and scrapers for hydraulic and conveyor use
  • Re-coating services that recover worn customer rollers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
It depends on what the old one holds. We look at its pages and photographs first, and keep what works. A rebuild is proposed only when the structure blocks the part pages.
Should the site show prices?
Not for cast-to-sample parts. A page explaining what drives cost, plus the request form, suits the trade better than a price table that would mislead.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
