Ready-mix concrete manufacturers · Social media

Put the plant in front of the engineers and builders who talk to each other.

Social media marketing for a ready-mix plant means showing the batching plant, the fleet and the pour to the contractors, engineers and consultants who share names of suppliers. GullySales works on what to post, where the buyers actually look and how a post leads to a pour enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For ready-mix concrete manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Concrete is bought on reputation among a small group”

Site engineers, contractors and pump operators in one area know each other and pass names along. Social posts that reach this group matter more than posts that reach the general public.

  • “LinkedIn reaches purchase teams, WhatsApp reaches contractors”

A developer's purchase and quality people read LinkedIn. A small contractor reads a WhatsApp group. One post written the same way for both fits neither, so the plan names the audience for each channel.

  • “People trust a pour they can see”

A photo of the batching plant, a line of mixers loaded for a big pour or a cube-test board shows capability better than a slogan. The post should show the real plant and the real work, with the client's permission for any named site.

  • “Posting without a booking trail wastes the effort”

A post that gets a few comments but leads to no recorded enquiry teaches nothing. Each post needs a way to ask for a pour and a way to log where the contact came from.

What we do

What we deliver for ready-mix concrete manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

A short plan naming which buyers are reached on LinkedIn, which on a Facebook page and which through WhatsApp, and what each is shown.

Result: Each channel has a stated audience and purpose.

  2. A bank of plant photographs and short clips

Photos and clips of the batching unit, the fleet, the testing area and a pour in progress, taken with site permission.

Result: The plant has images ready for any post or vendor pack.

  3. Post formats that answer buyer questions

Simple posts on grades, pump options and delivery areas, written in the language of the site office.

Result: A contractor can read a post and know what to ask for.

  4. An enquiry path from each post

A call button, a number or a form on every post so a viewer can ask about a pour in one step.

Result: Posts lead to a logged enquiry with the source noted.

  5. A permission note for named sites

A short routine for asking the builder before a site or a pour is shown in public.

Result: No site is named in a post without the builder's agreement.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these ready-mix concrete manufacturers.

  • Builders' suppliers serving large residential and commercial projects
  • Infrastructure and road contractors' nearby plants
  • Small-batch plants for individual houses and small contractors
  • Captive plants that also sell to the open market
  • Pump hire and placement services run by the plant
  • Specialty concrete producers, such as self-compacting or high-strength mixes
  • Industrial-area units serving factory construction
  • A unit of a larger construction or building material group

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Choose the one or two where your buyers already are. A plant that sells to developers starts with LinkedIn, and one that sells to small contractors starts with a business page and WhatsApp.
Can we show a customer's pour?
Ask the builder first, and show only what they have agreed to. Never post cube-test figures or site details a client would prefer private.
Will posting bring orders?
Posts keep the plant in front of buyers between pours. Orders come when a post reaches an engineer at the moment a pour is due, and the log shows whether that is happening.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
