Ready-to-eat food manufacturers · Digital marketing

Spend online where a buyer is looking for a meal, not where your brand is unknown.

Digital marketing for a ready-to-eat maker is the combined work of search, social, marketplace listings, email and messaging that brings buyers to a pouch they can order. GullySales works on choosing the few channels that fit your buyers, setting the tracking and keeping the spending honest.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For ready-to-eat food manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A long list of channels thins out a small budget”

A brand that posts on every platform and bids on every search term reaches nobody properly. Pick the places where your eater already decides, and fund those before adding another.

  • “The sale can happen on someone else's page”

A shopper clicks your advertisement and buys on a marketplace or a quick-commerce app. Without links and codes that carry the source, your own site seems to produce nothing, though it started the visit.

  • “Different buyers need different routes”

A hostel warden is reached by search and a call, a trekker by a club or a video, and a homesick family by a community group. One advertising plan for all of them wastes money on the wrong ones.

  • “Food advertising is held to its own rules”

Statements about health, nutrition, shelf life and ingredients in an advertisement are read against labelling law. What you say in a paid post carries the same weight as what is printed on the pouch.

What we do

What we deliver for ready-to-eat food manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

A one-page plan showing which channels reach which buyer type and which are left alone for now.

Result: Each channel on the plan has a stated job.

  2. Tracking that follows the buyer

Links, codes and enquiry questions set so that a sale or sample request can be traced to where it began.

Result: You can say which channel produced which enquiry.

  3. Paid search and social set-up

Campaigns built around dish, use and city, with copy checked against your claims list.

Result: Advertisements run only where a buyer is looking.

  4. Marketplace content

Titles, images and descriptions for listings, written to the platform's current content rules and your label.

Result: Listings are consistent with the pack.

  5. A spending record

A plain account of what was spent on each channel and what enquiries and orders came from it.

Result: You can see the cost of each channel beside its results.

  6. A review of what to stop

A regular look at channels that bring nothing, with a decision to cut or change them.

Result: Spending moves from weak channels to working ones.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend online?
That depends on your margin and your cash, so we do not name a figure. Begin with a small amount on one or two channels, record the results and raise it only where orders follow.
Is digital marketing better than trade shows?
They do different jobs. A trade show puts the pouch in a buyer's hand, and online work keeps you found between shows. Some makers use both; the order record shows which brings buyers.
Can we advertise nutrition or health benefits?
Only with wording your own adviser has cleared. Label, shelf life and claim rules for packed food differ by state and body, so check with your own food licence adviser before anything is printed.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
