Rubber gasket manufacturers · Buyer persona

Know who opens the equipment, who raises the request and who signs the rate.

A buyer persona for a rubber gasket maker is a written picture of one person in the buying chain, with their job, their worries and the words they use. GullySales works with you on the personas that matter to a gasket order and on what each one needs to hear.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For rubber gasket manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The maintenance supervisor wants the part on the day”

The supervisor with an open heat exchanger or pump cares about the right size and a ready date. A reply that asks for service conditions, and then names a material and a collection time, earns more trust than a brochure.

  • “The storekeeper wants no question asked twice”

The store holds the sizes, raises the request and chases the supplier. A record of sizes already used by that plant and a saved rate for repeat items spare the storekeeper from searching and re-asking.

  • “The purchase officer wants a defensible choice”

This reader must justify a supplier to a manager. A rate sheet that shows the grade beside each price, plus a trial record, gives the officer something to defend to the manager other than the lowest figure on the page.

  • “The dealer wants margin and stock to sell”

Dealers weigh margin, cutting speed and credit. Where the dealer buys sheet and cuts it in-house, the decision rests on roll price, so the pitch is finished-gasket convenience set against the cost of the dealer's own cutting.

What we do

What we deliver for rubber gasket manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A persona sheet for each buyer in the chain

One page each for the supervisor, storekeeper, purchase officer, dealer and equipment-maker service desk, covering job, worries and the words they use.

Result: Your team can read who they are about to call.

  2. A question list for each persona

The questions each buyer asks first, taken from your own call and WhatsApp history.

Result: You can answer in the buyer's order of worry.

  3. An objection list with honest answers

The usual doubts, such as a lower rate elsewhere or an unfamiliar maker, with replies your team can give without bluster.

Result: A doubt is met with an answer the team has already agreed.

  4. A message set per persona

Opening WhatsApp messages, quote covering notes and visit talking points written for each buyer separately.

Result: The same enquiry is not answered the same way for four different people.

  5. A decision map for each key plant

A simple sheet showing who at a named plant raises, approves and pays for gasket orders.

Result: You know whom to reach and whom to copy on a quote.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need all of these personas?
Start with the two or three that decide your orders. We draw them from your own customers and enquiries, and add others only when the order mix shows a new kind of buyer.
Are personas just guesses?
They are guesses until checked. We build them from your real calls, quotes and lost orders, and ask your sales person to correct them, so each page holds what your buyers have actually said.
Does one plant have all of these people?
A large plant does, and a small one may put them all in one person. The sheet shows the jobs, so you can map them onto whoever holds them at each plant.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
