Sofa manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a buyer sees the sofa, reads the specifications and asks for a quote.

A website for a sofa maker is the page a buyer reaches after a photograph or a search, where they judge the work and decide whether to visit or ask for a quote. GullySales works on the pages, the specifications and the quote route, so the site does the job of a salesperson who is not in the showroom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For sofa manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Sofas cannot be judged on a thumbnail”

A buyer needs large, clear photographs from the front, the side and the arm, plus a close look at the stitching and fabric. A grid of small images makes every sofa look alike and gives the buyer no reason to stay.

  • “Specifications are the sales talk”

Under every sofa, state the frame wood, foam type, seat depth, length and fabric options in plain words. The visit or enquiry that follows starts from facts.

  • “The quote route must be obvious”

A made-to-order maker cannot publish a fixed price, so the page should lead to a short form or a WhatsApp link asking for the room details. Hiding the contact below a long page loses the buyer who was ready.

  • “Phones carry the visits from Instagram and WhatsApp”

A buyer arriving from Instagram or a shared WhatsApp link is on a phone. Pages that load slowly or need pinching to read are left within seconds, so the site should be built for the small screen first.

What we do

What we deliver for sofa manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Sofa and collection pages

A page for each sofa or shape with photographs, specifications, fabric options and a link to the quote form.

Result: A buyer can read the frame wood and fabric choices for each sofa.

  2. Finished-room gallery

A gallery of delivered rooms with the sofa, size and fabric named beside each.

Result: Visitors see your work in real rooms.

  3. Quote form and WhatsApp link

A short form and a one-tap WhatsApp button asking for room size, seating, fabric and date.

Result: A visitor can ask for a quote from any page.

  4. Showroom and contact page

Address, map, hours, entrance note and the phone line staff answer.

Result: A visitor can plan the trip from the page.

  5. Designer and dealer pages

Pages for designers and dealers with the pack, terms and replacement policy.

Result: Trade buyers find their own information.

  6. Phone-first layout and speed

Pages built for a phone screen, with photographs sized so they load without delay.

Result: The site reads well on a mobile connection.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we sell sofas online with a cart?
For made-to-order pieces, a quote route works better than a cart. If you hold standard stock in fixed sizes, a cart can suit those items.
Can we edit the website ourselves?
Yes, if the system is set up for it. We build so your team can add a finished room or change a fabric without calling a developer.
Do we need a new website or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on what is wrong. If the structure and the photographs are sound, we repair it; if the pages cannot carry specifications or a quote form, we rebuild.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
