Solar equipment manufacturers · Social media

Show the factory floor, the galvanising bath and the loaded truck to people who buy by sight.

Social media for a solar equipment maker is a way to let installers, dealers and EPC buyers see how the product is made and dispatched. GullySales works on what the factory posts, the pages it uses and how comments and messages reach the sales desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For solar equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers want proof of the work, not slogans”

An installer deciding between suppliers believes a clip of coating thickness being checked or a batch being counted onto a truck. A post that says the product is the best tells the buyer nothing they can weigh.

  • “LinkedIn reaches procurement, Instagram reaches the trade”

EPC purchase teams and project developers are on LinkedIn for work. Installers, fabricators and dealers watch short video and picture posts. One post written for both audiences suits neither.

  • “Site photographs from customers are the best posts”

An installer's finished rooftop using your structure is stronger than anything the factory posts about itself. It needs the installer's permission and a record of which job it was.

  • “Comments from buyers go unanswered”

An installer who asks the price under a post and gets no reply moves on. Someone must own comments and messages, with a rule for moving a serious question to a call.

What we do

What we deliver for solar equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by audience

A list of post types for installers, EPC firms and dealers, each tied to a product or a process in your works.

Result: Each channel has a stated audience and a set of post topics.

  2. A factory visit photo and clip routine

A simple way for the works to capture coating checks, load counting and dispatch in clips that need little editing.

Result: The works has a repeatable way to capture material for posts.

  3. A customer site gallery

A permission note, a form for the installer's details and a place to store finished-site photographs with the product used.

Result: Posts about customer sites carry the installer's agreement.

  4. A LinkedIn page set-up for procurement

A company page that states products, capacity, location and contact in plain language, with the vendor pack linked.

Result: An EPC buyer who finds the page sees your range and how to approach you.

  5. A comment and message routing rule

A short document saying who answers, what is moved to WhatsApp or a call, and which messages go to the quoting desk.

Result: Every public question has a named person who answers it.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should a factory be on every platform?
No. Choose the platforms where your installers and EPC buyers actually are, post there well and leave the rest. Your sales team can say where buyers mention you.
Can we post subsidy news?
Only with care. Rules change, so link to the authority and have your compliance team read the post. The platform's current rules also apply to what you can publish and promote.
Does social media bring orders directly?
It brings visits, messages and recognition. Orders come when the message reaches the quoting desk and the quote is good, so the route from a post to a reply has to be set up.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
