Valve manufacturers · Website

Build a valve website that answers size, rating and material before the buyer calls.

A website for a valve manufacturer is the working catalogue where a buyer checks range, specification and credibility before sending an RFQ. GullySales works on the page structure, the specification content, the documents and the enquiry form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For valve manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer opens the site to verify, not to browse”

A consultant or purchase engineer visits to confirm you make what the schedule needs. If the size range, materials and certificates are not on a page, they assume you do not make it and move on.

  • “A site built like a brochure hides the data”

Large photographs and a slogan leave little room for the specification. A page that leads with a clear table of sizes, classes and materials, with a picture beside it, works better for this reader.

  • “Documents are scattered or missing”

Datasheets, drawings, quality certificates and the company profile sit in different folders on different phones. A single documents area, kept current, saves the sales team from sending the same files by hand.

  • “The enquiry form is too vague”

A form that asks only for a name and a message brings the same one-line requests as before. Fields for valve type, size, class, material and quantity bring enquiries the estimator can start on.

What we do

What we deliver for valve manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Valve family pages

One page for each family with size range, materials, pressure classes, end connections, photographs and datasheet download.

Result: A buyer can match a schedule line to a page.

  2. Capability and works page

Pages showing the foundry, machining, test bench, quality checks and the industries supplied, with your own photographs.

Result: A visiting consultant sees the real works before a visit.

  3. Documents area

A tidy area for datasheets, drawings, certificates and the company profile, each dated and checked by the quality head.

Result: Every document on the site is current and approved.

  4. Specification-led enquiry form

A form with the valve fields, an attachment option and a confirmation that names who will reply.

Result: The estimator receives enquiries with the data needed to quote.

  5. Technical and mobile checks

Loading, reading on a phone, page titles and links tested across the whole site.

Result: The site works on the phones that plant staff actually use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these valve manufacturers.

  • Industrial gate, globe and check valve makers
  • Ball and butterfly valve makers for process lines
  • Cast steel and stainless steel valve foundries
  • Bronze and brass valve makers for building services
  • Control valve and actuated valve assemblers
  • Safety relief valve makers
  • Valve makers focused on water, irrigation and municipal lines
  • Oil, gas and chemical plant valve specialists
  • Valve refurbishment and testing firms that also manufacture

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages does a valve website need?
As many as you have valve families, plus a capability page, a documents area and a contact page. Add more only when you have something a buyer needs that is not yet shown.
Should we show prices on the site?
No. Valve prices depend on material, quantity, specification and market cost. Offer the RFQ form and a trader price sheet on request, so the estimator controls what is quoted.
Who keeps the website current?
Name one person in your office to own it. We build it so that a new datasheet or size can be added without rebuilding, and the quality head approves every claim about standards.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
