Window manufacturers · Website

Build the website so a buyer can compare windows and book a measurement.

A website for a window manufacturer is the place where a buyer checks your systems, sees fitted work and decides to ask for a measurement. GullySales works on page structure, comparison content, enquiry forms and the sections for builders, architects and fabricators.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Windows and doors companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Opening-wise measurement sheet. Record each opening with width, height, opening type, floor, location and a photo, taken on the surveyor’s phone at site.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For window manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage has to sort the visitors”

A homeowner, a developer, an architect and a fabricator all arrive at the same address. A homepage that sends each to the right section in one click serves them, and one that talks to everyone at once serves nobody.

  • “Photographs do the persuading”

A buyer cannot test a window on a screen, so installed photographs with the room, type and glass named carry the proof. Stock images of a generic house give the buyer nothing to check.

  • “The quote sheet belongs on the site”

A sample quote showing profile, glass, hardware and mesh line by line teaches a visitor how to compare. It also shows that you are open about what you supply, which the buyer notices.

  • “A phone visitor needs a short route”

Visitors arrive on a mobile and want to call, message or request a measurement. A heavy page with a long form loses them, so the contact route has to sit near the top and stay light.

What we do

What we deliver for window manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page map

A structure with sections for homeowners, builders, architects and fabricators, with window type and material pages beneath.

Result: Each buyer type has a clear section to enter.

  2. Comparison and window type pages

Pages explaining materials and window types in plain language, each with an enquiry route.

Result: A buyer can read the difference and ask on the same page.

  3. Installed work gallery

A gallery filtered by window type, room and locality, using photographs the owner agreed to share.

Result: A visitor can find a fitted example similar to their own need.

  4. Enquiry forms and click-to-call

Short forms by buyer type, with call and WhatsApp buttons visible on a phone.

Result: A visitor can reach you in one tap.

  5. Downloads for professionals

Section drawings, specification sheets and fabricator technical packs, each behind a short contact step.

Result: Architects and fabricators can take what they need and be listed.

  6. Mobile and loading check

Pages tested on common phones, with images sized so they open without delay.

Result: The site opens and reads well on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online price list?
Not necessarily. Window prices depend on size, glass and hardware, so a fixed list misleads. A sample quote and a guide to what changes the price serves a buyer better, and an enquiry form gets the real quote.
Can the site take orders online?
For a made-to-measure product, the better step is booking a measurement, because the order depends on openings that must be checked on site. We design the site to book the visit, and the order follows from it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
