Window manufacturers · Social media

Let fitted windows, close-ups and short explanations do the talking on social media.

Social media for a window manufacturer means showing finished windows, the way they open and seal, and the people who fit them, in places where homeowners and designers browse. GullySales works on the plan, the photography routine and the replies to messages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Windows and doors companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Opening-wise measurement sheet. Record each opening with width, height, opening type, floor, location and a photo, taken on the surveyor’s phone at site.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For window manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A window looks different once it is fitted”

A sample in a showroom is a frame on a stand. A living room with a sliding door open to a balcony is what a homeowner imagines. Fitted-work posts, with the room and the window type named, do more than a catalogue shot.

  • “Short demonstrations answer the usual doubts”

How does the tilt open? Does the mesh slide away? How tight is the seal when closed? A short clip of the mechanism answers these better than a paragraph, and gives the sales team a link to send.

  • “Installers are part of the story”

Homeowners worry about mess and damage at fitting. A post showing the team measuring, covering the floor and cleaning up answers a worry that no profile specification can.

  • “Messages arrive with photographs of an opening”

People send a picture of the wall and ask for a price. Without a reply routine, these sit unread. A set reply that asks for size, room and location moves the conversation to a proper measurement.

What we do

What we deliver for window manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Content plan by audience

A plan for homeowners, builders, architects and fabricators, with the kind of post each one responds to.

Result: Each post is planned for one audience and one question.

  2. Fitted-work photography routine

A checklist for the fitter or supervisor to photograph each completed site, with window type, room and locality noted.

Result: Every finished site leaves behind usable photographs and notes.

  3. Short mechanism clips

Brief videos of opening, locking, sealing and cleaning for each window type you make.

Result: A salesperson can send a clip in reply to a question.

  4. Message and comment replies

Set replies for price, size and location questions, with a hand-off to the site-visit booking.

Result: Messages get a reply that asks the right next question.

  5. Consent note for customer sites

A short form asking the owner's permission to photograph the home and share it.

Result: You hold permission for every home you have shown.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a window maker use?
Start where your buyers already look. Instagram and Facebook suit homeowners and interior designers, and LinkedIn suits builders and architects. Pick one or two you can keep up, not all of them.
Is it fine to post a customer's house?
Only with their agreement, and without the address or anything that identifies the family. Ask at handover when they are pleased, and keep the permission on file.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
