Dairy producers · Digital marketing

Build trust for the household buyer while the sales team wins the bulk contracts.

Digital marketing for a dairy producer runs two tracks: brand trust for the household at the booth, and structured outreach for bulk buyers such as hotels. GullySales runs both together and reports which one is actually moving volume.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For dairy producers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two buyers, two different digital jobs”

A household's decision is driven by local availability and trust; a hotel's decision is driven by rate, samples and reliability, and a single generic campaign cannot serve both well.

  • “Local search and reviews for the retail side”

Households increasingly check a dairy's reputation and hygiene record online even for a daily purchase, so local search visibility and reviews matter more than most producers assume.

  • “WhatsApp and email for the bulk side”

Rate cards, samples and standing-order renewals for hotels and caterers move faster over WhatsApp and email than through any consumer-facing channel.

What we do

What we deliver for dairy producers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Two-track digital plan for households and bulk buyers

Separate messaging and channels for the household decision at the booth and the bulk decision on rate and reliability.

Result: Neither buyer gets a message built for the other one instead.

  2. Local search and review presence

A managed local search and review profile, since households increasingly check a dairy's reputation online even for a daily purchase.

Result: A household's hygiene doubt is answered before they even ask around.

  3. WhatsApp and email system for bulk buyers

Rate cards, samples and renewal reminders moved onto WhatsApp and email, where hotels and caterers actually manage suppliers.

Result: A bulk buyer's request gets handled on the channel they already use.

  4. Field sales support material

A tracked pipeline of bulk enquiries and ready material handed to your existing field sales team, not a replacement for their relationships.

Result: The field team closes on relationships they already have, with a system behind them.

  5. Enquiry and volume report

Enquiries and conversions from both tracks reported against the baseline set before work started.

Result: You see which track is actually moving volume.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where a dairy starts

A dairy starts by separating the household at the booth from the hotel and sweet shop buying in bulk.

Business Profile for each outlet
Correct the booth or parlour address, hours and products. Count calls and requests for directions.
Bulk buyer list
List hotels, sweet shops and caterers nearby with the volumes they use and who orders. Call each with a quote.
WhatsApp order message
Let bulk buyers order and confirm delivery on one thread. Record each order and each missed delivery.
Licence and quality information
Show your food licence information and testing practices in plain words, as the rules require.
Stockist record
Write down each booth or kirana, its orders and dues, and call any that stop ordering.
What to leave until later
Leave paid ads for households and a new product campaign until the bulk list and stockist record exist.

Who it is for

This is written for these dairy producers.

  • Milk producers and processors
  • Paneer, curd and ghee manufacturers
  • Flavoured and UHT milk brands
  • Co-operative dairy societies
  • Bulk suppliers to hotels and sweet shops
  • Milk booth and kirana distribution networks

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should the budget go first?
Wherever we find the bigger gap after the first conversation, usually the dealer and bulk-buyer follow-up, since that is often untracked entirely before we start.
Does this replace our field sales team?
No, it gives them a system, a tracked pipeline of bulk enquiries and material to use, rather than replacing the relationships they already have.
How do we compete with loose milk vendors on price?
Compete on what the vendor cannot show: packaging, testing, a named licence and steady supply. Say it plainly on the pack and the listing, without attacking anyone. Record which neighbourhoods buy and which still prefer loose.
How do we find out why a booth stopped ordering?
Call the owner and ask. Note the answer in the stockist record, whether it was price, delay, quality or a competitor's offer. Patterns across booths show what to fix and which relationships deserve a visit.
Do households respond to advertising for a dairy brand?
Rarely by itself. Availability at the local booth and word of mouth decide the daily purchase, so brand content builds trust that supports the dealer network rather than replacing it.
How do we win hotel and bulk contracts?
Usually by being the dairy that called back, not the cheapest one. A hotel purchase manager tests a sample, then signs with the supplier whose van turned up on time for the trial week. We set up the follow-up so the call happens before he decides.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
