Textile manufacturers · Reputation management
Your name is settled by a call between two merchandisers.
Reputation for a textile manufacturer is not a star rating. It is the delivery record, the shade consistency and what a buying house hears when it rings your last customer, and GullySales gets that story written down and kept current.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means
Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For textile manufacturers
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A reference call decides more than any listing”
Two merchandisers who have never met will talk about your last shipment. Nothing you publish changes what gets said.
“The third lot is what gets remembered”
Two clean deliveries and one shade variation, and the buyer tells the story about the variation for years afterwards.
“A compliance team searches your unit name before the audit”
What comes up about the factory, and what does not come up at all, gets read as a signal about how the place is run.
What we do
What we deliver for textile manufacturers.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A reference pack built with your buyers' permission
Named accounts, what was supplied and over how long, with written consent from each buyer before anything is shown.
Result: A reference exists before it is asked for.
A delivery and shade record kept per account
On-time dispatch, lot-to-lot variation and rejections logged by buyer, so a claim about reliability has figures behind it.
Result: You answer a doubt with your own record.
A written response routine for a complaint
The lot traced, the cause recorded, the correction stated, and all of it sent back in writing inside an agreed time.
Result: A complaint ends as a document, not an argument.
Portal profiles and ratings kept honest
IndiaMART and directory listings, ratings and responses checked, with old or wrong product entries taken down.
Result: Nothing stale is representing the mill.
A standing check on what your unit's name brings up
A regular search on the company and the unit, so you see what a buyer's compliance team finds before they find it.
Result: No surprise turns up during an audit.
Figures on delivery and complaints
Dispatches against promised dates, complaints raised and closed, and repeat orders, reported against the baseline recorded before work starts.
Result: Reliability becomes a number you can quote.
How the result is measured
- Average rating
- Response time to reviews
- Negative mentions resolved
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What to do with each review
How to answer each kind of review a textile manufacturer gets.
- Praise from a buyer
- Thank them and name the fabric family, such as shirting or knit jersey, never the buyer. Ask by phone whether they will allow a reference call, and note the answer in your reference file.
- Shade difference between lots
- Reply with the lot and the approved shade band. Check that the shade card or lab dip was signed before bulk dyeing, and that your lots are numbered so complaints can be traced.
- GSM or width short
- Say you will test the lot and share the report. Check your lot test sheet and the tolerance you quoted. A buyer who expects an exact figure is often reading a range on your listing.
- Delay on a bulk order
- Say what caused it, whether weaving, processing or dispatch. Check that the delivery date promised matched the capacity of the dyeing and finishing stage, not just the loom.
- Payment or credit dispute
- Reply politely and offer a statement of the account by call. Check that the ledger agrees with your sales team's records before any public statement.
- Complaint from a buyer who bought through an agent
- Say you will check the invoice and speak to the agent. Check that agent terms in writing say who handles claims, so the buyer is not passed between the two.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- A shade or delivery complaint is still open with a buyer, and a public reply now would be read before the fault is settled.
- You wish to collect reviews on a retail site, though your buyers are merchandisers who do not post them.
- No one is named to answer a trade-portal rating, so a harsh one would stand unanswered.
How it works
How the reputation management work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Search your name as a stranger would
We search the business, its main product names and the owner's name, on a phone and a laptop, and record what appears.
- 2
Catalogue every mention
Reviews, news, listings, social posts and forum threads are sorted into accurate and positive, accurate and negative, and wrong. Each group gets a different action.
- 3
Agree the replies and the owner of each
Replies are drafted and approved by you. Anything involving a refund, a clinical matter, a legal claim or a named employee goes to the right person in your business before anything is posted.
- 4
Fix what you control
Listings, profile details and your own pages are corrected, and pages worth ranking for your name are strengthened with accurate information.
- 5
Monitor and report
The agreed places are checked on the agreed schedule. The name search is repeated and compared with the first record.
