Modular and prefabricated building manufacturers · Local SEO

Your service area is measured in trailer kilometres.

Local SEO for a prefab manufacturer is about the distance a loaded trailer can travel and still leave a margin. GullySales sets the listing up at your works gate, and builds city pages only where the freight has actually been costed.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

For modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Distance is priced, not assumed

A city four hundred kilometres away is worth a page if the freight has been worked out. The next district is not, if it has not.

  • A cold room buyer wants to walk through the plant

He is paying for insulation he cannot see, so he comes to look. The listing has to get his driver to the gate.

  • A trailer needs a different route from a car

The approach road, the turning space and the gate height matter to everybody who delivers to you and from you.

What we do

What we deliver for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A listing at the works with the approach described

The gate address, the route in, photographs of the entrance and the directions a first-time driver actually needs.

Result: Visitors and trailers reach you without ringing.

  2. The right manufacturer category on the profile

Set to what you actually make, whether that is prefab buildings, cold rooms or pre-engineered steel structures.

Result: You appear in the search that matters.

  3. City pages only where freight has been costed

A page for each city with a worked transport rate behind it, naming the units you have already delivered there.

Result: Every city page can quote honestly.

  4. Plant photographs that prove manufacture

The shed, the press, the panel line and finished units standing in the yard, so a buyer can see you are not a trader.

Result: The first doubt is answered on the listing.

  5. Industrial directory and portal listings matched

IndiaMART, industrial directories and association listings carrying the same name, address and unit types as your site.

Result: A buyer verifying you finds one company.

  6. Enquiries counted by city and distance

Where enquiries come from and how far each sits from the works, reported monthly against the audit figures.

Result: You see which distances actually convert.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

  1. 1

    Take apart last quarter's quotations

In the free audit we read the quotations that went out. What was quoted, how long it took to send, what was won, and which were compared against a lighter specification.

  2. 2

    Write the specification down

A page for every building type with panel, frame, flooring, insulation and loading stated, so an engineer and a consultant can check you without a phone call.

  3. 3

Fix the quotation and the follow-up

One quotation format that separates unit rate, transport and erection, a register of everything quoted, and a call-back date on each one.

  4. 4

    Get ahead of the project

Award notices, expansion news and tender portals watched weekly, and the contractors, consultants and plants in your radius contacted at mobilisation.

  5. 5

Show the proof and count the result

Site photographs, a five-year-old unit somebody can visit, and a monthly report of enquiries, quotations and orders against the baseline recorded at the start.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we make a page for every city?
Only for the ones you can serve with a freight figure you have worked out. A page for a city you have never delivered to brings an enquiry you must refuse and a complaint about being slow.
Do buyers really come to the factory?
Cold room and clean room buyers do, and so do consultants before they specify. Contractors ordering cabins rarely visit. Which buyer you want decides how much the plant photographs matter.
Everyone asks for a rate per square foot on the phone. What do we tell them?
Give a band against a stated specification, and say what moves it: panel thickness, flooring, wiring, toilets, and whether transport and erection sit inside the number. A caller who hears a single figure will put it beside a 50mm shell from someone else. Naming what changes the rate is what keeps you in that comparison.
Buyers say prefab gets hot and leaks in the monsoon. How do we answer that?
With a number and an address, not an adjective. State the panel core and thickness, the roof detail and how the joints are sealed, then offer a site with a unit that has stood five years. One visit settles what no brochure will.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
