GullySales

Modular and prefabricated building manufacturers · Digital marketing

Most of this trade's marketing is somebody reading every week.

Digital marketing for a prefab manufacturer is less about advertising than about knowing which projects start inside your transport radius. GullySales sets the weekly watch on awards, expansions and tenders, and runs the website and the adverts around what it finds.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

For modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The work is reading, and one person has to own it

Award notices, tender results, expansion news and portal listings, gone through every week rather than whenever somebody remembers.

  • An enquiry at mobilisation is already a race

By the time the call comes, five suppliers have it. The point of the plan is to have arrived a month earlier.

  • A rental fleet runs on a different clock

A unit coming off hire has a date against it, and the marketing for it is a phone call to a nearby site.

What we do

What we deliver for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A weekly project watch inside your transport radius

Award notices, new plant announcements, infrastructure and solar packages, read every week and filtered by road distance.

Result: You hear about the project before the enquiry.

  2. A tender portal routine on GeM and the state sites

Daily tracking of bids for cabins, toilet blocks, classrooms and prefab structures, with your documents kept ready to attach.

Result: Bids stop closing while nobody was looking.

  3. One contact list of contractors, consultants and plants

Project managers and purchase officers named against each live project, with a reason to call at every stage of it.

Result: You are a known name on award day.

  4. The website and adverts planned by unit type

Pages and campaigns for the units you want more of, rather than spend spread evenly across everything you can build.

Result: Marketing follows what the plant should be making.

  5. A redeployment list for units coming off hire

Which units come free and when, set against the sites starting nearby, so a cabin is offered before it returns.

Result: Idle units go back on hire.

  6. One monthly report across all of it

Enquiries by unit type and buyer, quotations issued and converted, days taken to quote, and units dispatched, against the audit figures.

Result: You can see which projects pay for the work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

  1. 1

    Take apart last quarter's quotations

In the free audit we read the quotations that went out. What was quoted, how long it took to send, what was won, and which were compared against a lighter specification.

  2. 2

    Write the specification down

A page for every building type with panel, frame, flooring, insulation and loading stated, so an engineer and a consultant can check you without a phone call.

  3. 3

Fix the quotation and the follow-up

One quotation format that separates unit rate, transport and erection, a register of everything quoted, and a call-back date on each one.

  4. 4

    Get ahead of the project

Award notices, expansion news and tender portals watched weekly, and the contractors, consultants and plants in your radius contacted at mobilisation.

  5. 5

Show the proof and count the result

Site photographs, a five-year-old unit somebody can visit, and a monthly report of enquiries, quotations and orders against the baseline recorded at the start.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who should read the tender portals?
One named person, every week, at a fixed time. Spread across three people it stops happening inside a month. It is dull work and it is where the early enquiries come from.
We only sell locally. Is any of this worth it?
The project watch is, more than anything else here. A local plant expanding or a road package awarded nearby is your next four orders. Advertising matters less when the radius is small.
Everyone asks for a rate per square foot on the phone. What do we tell them?
Give a band against a stated specification, and say what moves it: panel thickness, flooring, wiring, toilets, and whether transport and erection sit inside the number. A caller who hears a single figure will put it beside a 50mm shell from someone else. Naming what changes the rate is what keeps you in that comparison.
Buyers say prefab gets hot and leaks in the monsoon. How do we answer that?
With a number and an address, not an adjective. State the panel core and thickness, the roof detail and how the joints are sealed, then offer a site with a unit that has stood five years. One visit settles what no brochure will.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
