Modular and prefabricated building manufacturers · Pay per click advertising

The click you want and the click you get say the same words.

Paid search for a prefab manufacturer has to separate the contractor who needs forty units from the man wanting one used guard cabin. GullySales sets the geography by trailer distance, filters out the second-hand searches, and reports cost per quotation rather than cost per click.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Porta cabin price is typed by both your buyers

The contractor mobilising a site and the shopkeeper wanting one cabin search identically. Only the form tells them apart.

  • Bidding beyond your trailer radius buys freight you cannot win

An enquiry six hundred kilometres out arrives with a transport figure that ends the conversation before the specification does.

  • Used and second-hand searches sit on your words

People hunting a resale cabin or a scrapped container click the same adverts, and none of them are buying new manufacture.

What we do

What we deliver for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by unit type

Site offices, accommodation blocks, cold rooms, toilet blocks and security cabins run apart, each with its own words and page.

Result: A cold room click stops paying for cabin traffic.

  2. Geography set by road distance, not district names

Targeting drawn around the distance your trailers genuinely serve, with far areas run only where freight has been costed.

Result: You stop buying enquiries you cannot deliver.

  3. A negative list for used, scrap and dealership

Second hand, used, scrap, resale, container home plans, dealership, franchise and job, removed at launch and reviewed monthly.

Result: The budget stays on new manufacture.

  4. A form asking the six things that decide the price

Number of units, size, site pin code, whether the road takes a trailer, crane availability and the date required.

Result: Your quotation starts from facts.

  5. Spend timed to mobilisation and tender seasons

Budget raised when awards and tenders cluster in your region, instead of spread evenly through twelve months.

Result: Money lands when projects are starting.

  6. Reporting in quotations and orders

Cost per call, per quotation issued and per order won by unit type, against the figures from before the first advert.

Result: You know what an order cost in advertising.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for modular and prefabricated building manufacturers

  1. 1

    Take apart last quarter's quotations

In the free audit we read the quotations that went out. What was quoted, how long it took to send, what was won, and which were compared against a lighter specification.

  2. 2

    Write the specification down

A page for every building type with panel, frame, flooring, insulation and loading stated, so an engineer and a consultant can check you without a phone call.

  3. 3

Fix the quotation and the follow-up

One quotation format that separates unit rate, transport and erection, a register of everything quoted, and a call-back date on each one.

  4. 4

    Get ahead of the project

Award notices, expansion news and tender portals watched weekly, and the contractors, consultants and plants in your radius contacted at mobilisation.

  5. 5

Show the proof and count the result

Site photographs, a five-year-old unit somebody can visit, and a monthly report of enquiries, quotations and orders against the baseline recorded at the start.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our adverts bring single-cabin buyers. What are we doing wrong?
The advert is fine, the landing page is not. Put the rate band on it, with a form asking unit count and site pin code. Callers who answer are buyers, and the rest were never placing an order.
How far should we advertise?
As far as a loaded trailer goes while still leaving you a margin. Work that distance out once with real freight figures. Beyond it, advertise only where you already have a costed transport rate.
Everyone asks for a rate per square foot on the phone. What do we tell them?
Give a band against a stated specification, and say what moves it: panel thickness, flooring, wiring, toilets, and whether transport and erection sit inside the number. A caller who hears a single figure will put it beside a 50mm shell from someone else. Naming what changes the rate is what keeps you in that comparison.
Buyers say prefab gets hot and leaks in the monsoon. How do we answer that?
With a number and an address, not an adjective. State the panel core and thickness, the roof detail and how the joints are sealed, then offer a site with a unit that has stood five years. One visit settles what no brochure will.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
