Religious education centres · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a parent finds when searching for a class in their own language.

SEO for a religious education centre means making the pages for each class, tradition and level easy for a search engine to understand and a parent to trust. GullySales works on the pages, the wording families really type and the technical basics underneath.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For religious education centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents search by tradition, place and language”

A search reads like Sanskrit classes for children near a locality, or Quran recitation classes online in Urdu. A centre whose page says only that it teaches values has not used any of those words.

  • “One page for the whole centre loses every search”

Pathshala, Vedic school, camps and adult batches are different searches with different readers. When all sit on one page, none of them is clearly about what the visitor typed.

  • “The name of a class is spelt many ways”

Gurmat, Gurmukhi, Gurbani, Pathshala, Madrasa and Sunday school are written differently by different families. Naming each class as the community spells it, and the common alternative once, reaches both.

  • “Fees and timings buried in a PDF are invisible”

A notice scanned as an image cannot be read by a search engine or by a parent on a phone in a bus. The facts need to be written as page text.

What we do

What we deliver for religious education centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword list built from how families ask

Class names, tradition names, local place names and language words gathered from your enquiries and your congregation.

Result: Each page is written for a phrase a parent really uses.

  2. A page for each class, level and camp

Separate pages with a clear title, headings, a description and an enrolment route.

Result: A search for one class lands on the page for that class.

  3. Page titles and descriptions written in plain words

Titles that name the class, tradition and place, within the length a search result shows.

Result: The result in the search list tells the parent what they will find.

  4. Fees, timings and teacher details as text

Notices rewritten as text on the page, with the PDF as a download only.

Result: A parent on a phone reads the facts without opening a file.

  5. A technical check of the site

Mobile layout, page speed, broken links and address details checked and listed in order of importance.

Result: You hold a short list of faults, with the worst first.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will the site rank first for our tradition?
No one can promise a position. We make the pages clear, correct and well organised for the phrases families type, then show you what the search tools record.
Do we need to write in English, Hindi and a regional language?
Write in the language your parents read. Where families search in more than one, separate pages in each language read better than one mixed page. We plan this with your head teacher.
Should the site carry long articles on scripture?
Only if your teachers write or approve them. We favour short, factual explainers about classes, texts studied and how learning is organised, reviewed by the head teacher before they go live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
