Battery storage solution providers · Content marketing

Write the note a finance head forwards to the plant head, with the assumptions showing.

Content marketing for a battery storage provider is writing and publishing the notes, guides and case records that buyers read before they trust a supplier with a sizing. GullySales works on turning your engineers' knowledge into documents a buyer can read, check and pass on.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For battery storage solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The reader is two people with different questions”

The plant head asks whether it works and the finance head asks whether it pays. A single article that answers both loses each of them, so content is written in pairs or in sections with clear headings for each reader.

  • “Buyers trust documents that show their inputs”

A payback figure with no stated tariff or load looks like a sales claim. A note that lists the inputs, lets the reader change them and explains what is excluded reads like an engineer's work.

  • “End of life is a question buyers keep for the last meeting”

Replacement, second use and recycling come up late and are answered poorly. Content that explains what happens when a pack reaches the end of its service, using your actual arrangements, removes a late reason to delay.

  • “Engineers have the knowledge but no time to write”

The best material sits in site notes and email replies. Without someone to interview your engineers and draft from their words, the content is written by people who have never seen a battery room.

What we do

What we deliver for battery storage solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by buyer question

A list of the questions heard in meetings, matched to the document that answers each and the person who checks it.

Result: Each planned document answers a question you have actually heard.

  2. A sizing guide with visible assumptions

A document explaining how load, tariff and outage hours become a system size, with every assumption stated.

Result: A reader can follow each step of the sum.

  3. A site record format

A structured write-up of a completed installation, covering the brief, the design choices and the owner's later questions, with consent noted.

Result: Each record shows what was asked and what was done.

  4. An end of life explainer

A plain note on replacement, second use and recycling as your company arranges them, checked by your engineers.

Result: The note describes only the arrangements you hold.

  5. An interview routine for engineers

A set of questions used to draw material from your site and service teams, so writing starts from what they know.

Result: Engineers review drafts instead of writing them.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who signs off technical content?
Your engineers should. GullySales drafts and edits, but a claim about capacity, safety or life is checked by the person who designs the system before it is published.
How long should a guide be?
As long as the question needs. A finance head reading a payback sum will go through several pages if the inputs are clear and stop at once if they are not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
