Celebrity management agencies · Website

Build a site that answers a planner's first three questions in one visit.

A website for a celebrity management agency is the page a planner or parent opens after hearing the agency's name, to see who it represents and how it works. GullySales works on the roster, the pitch pages, the talent route and the contact path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For celebrity management agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A list of names is not an answer”

A planner wants to know which names suit a product, whether they are free and how to ask. A site that shows faces and nothing else sends them back to the search results.

  • “The brand buyer and the talent family need different doors”

A marketing head wants fit and speed. A parent wants to know how the agency treats a young client. One page cannot serve both, so the site gives each their own route.

  • “Contract and fee detail stay off the page”

The site shows cleared work and a way to ask. Fees and terms belong in a conversation, and the page says so plainly.

  • “A slow reply starts with a dead contact form”

If the form goes to an unused inbox, the first impression is silence. The contact path names who answers and where the message goes.

What we do

What we deliver for celebrity management agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Roster pages

A page per represented name with fit notes, cleared work and an availability request.

Result: One page per name, none carrying fee detail.

  2. Sector and region pages

Pages for the sectors and regions the agency serves, linking to fitting talent.

Result: A page per sector or region that links to the roster.

  3. Talent and families page

A plain page that explains how the agency works for new signings and who to speak to.

Result: A page with a named contact for talent enquiries.

  4. Brief request form

A short form asking for the brand, product, dates and talent of interest, routed to a named person.

Result: A form whose messages reach the brief log.

  5. About and process page

A page that explains who runs the agency and how a brief is handled, in the founder's approved words.

Result: A page the founder has read and approved.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the roster be public?
That is the founder's decision, name by name. A name can be shown with a page, listed without one or left off the site, depending on what the talent and their team prefer.
Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on what is there. GullySales reviews the existing pages first and says which can be reworked and which need to be built fresh.
What goes in the brief request form?
Only what the booking team needs for a first reply: the brand, the product, the dates and the talent asked about. A longer form puts planners off.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
