Concert organisers · Local SEO

Be found by the fan searching for what is on this weekend in their city.

Local SEO for a concert organiser is the work of appearing when a fan searches for live music in a city, near a venue or on a given weekend. GullySales works on city pages, map details and event listings so a show can be found by people already close to the ground.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For concert organisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Fans search by time and place before they search by artist”

A fan with a free evening types what is on in the city, not a name. A show that appears only under an artist's name misses everyone browsing for a plan.

  • “The last mile loses buyers”

An open ground may have no clear map pin, and fans fear getting lost, stuck in traffic or turned away at the wrong gate. A route written in landmarks answers the worry that stops a purchase.

  • “City event pages and local press are read by the people you want”

City listing sites, college noticeboards and radio event slots are where a local fan looks for a plan. A listing written to be copied as it stands travels further than a press note that needs rewriting.

  • “A tour is a run of local shows, not one”

The same artist in three cities has three crowds, three venues and three sets of questions. One page for the tour answers none of them well.

What we do

What we deliver for concert organisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each city and venue

Venue, nearest metro or station, parking, gates and what the ground is known by locally, written for fans in that city.

Result: Each city has its own page that answers local questions.

  2. A route and gate guide

Landmark-based directions, parking advice, drop-off points and the entry gate for each ticket tier.

Result: A block fans can open on their phone on the way to the ground.

  3. Map pin checks

A review of how the venue appears on Google Maps and other map apps, with corrections requested where the pin is wrong.

Result: The pin you share matches the gate you want fans to reach.

  4. Event listing submissions

A short, ready-to-paste listing for city event sites, college boards and radio events slots, written once and adapted by city.

Result: A listing sheet that records where each show was submitted.

  5. An organiser business profile

A Google Business Profile for the organiser's office or brand, with the same name and details used everywhere else.

Result: A profile whose details match your site and ticket page.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a Google Business Profile as an organiser?
If the organiser has a registered office or a brand people may search by name, a profile helps them confirm who you are. The show itself belongs on its own page.
How do we handle a venue that has no street address?
Describe the entrance by landmarks and the nearest named junction, and check how map apps place it. Share the same description in every post and message.
Should local pages be written in the city's language?
Where fans of the show read it, yes, alongside English. Use the spelling of the ground and area names that the city uses in speech.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
