Education franchise brands · Local SEO

A parent picks a centre within easy reach, so each centre needs its own listing.

Local SEO for an education centre means that the centre's Google profile, address and reviews match what a parent finds when they search the subject near home. GullySales works on keeping those details identical across the listing, the centre page and the brand site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For education franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The listing is the first visit”

A parent searching tuition near me sees the photos, hours and reviews before the centre's own site. If the Saturday batch is shown at the wrong time, the parent has already decided the centre is careless.

  • “Brand-owned and centre-owned listings get tangled”

Some centres create their own profile, and head office creates another. Two profiles for one door split the reviews and confuse the parent. Decide who owns each profile and merge the duplicates.

  • “Reviews are written by parents about the teacher”

A parent reads for the teacher's patience, the room and how the centre handles fee questions. A long unhappy review that stays unanswered speaks louder than five praising ones. A calm, factual reply shows the next parent how problems are handled.

  • “Catchment is a few streets, not a city”

A child goes to a centre that is easy to reach after school. Local pages should name nearby schools, residential areas and landmarks the way a parent would describe the route.

What we do

What we deliver for education franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A listing audit for each centre

A check of the name, address, hours, subjects and photos on each Google profile against the approved details.

Result: A sheet showing which centres match and which need correction.

  2. Duplicate profile clean-up

A list of repeated or old profiles for the same centre, with a plan to claim, merge or remove them.

Result: One profile per centre door.

  3. Consistent subject and batch listing

Programmes and batch timings written the same way on the listing and the centre page.

Result: A parent who compares the two finds no clash.

  4. Review reply guide

Short reply wording for praise, a fee complaint and a teacher complaint, plus a route to head office.

Result: A reply guide a centre manager can use on their own.

  5. Catchment wording

Locality and school names for each centre, used in its description and page.

Result: Each centre page names the streets and schools a parent knows.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Who should own the Google profile of a centre?
Decide it in writing. Some brands keep head office as owner and give the centre manager access to reply. Whichever you choose, one owner avoids duplicate profiles and keeps a closed centre from staying live.
Can we ask parents for reviews?
Ask in a neutral way and check the platform's current rules on requesting reviews. Never pay for reviews or offer a fee discount in exchange. A child's name or photo should not appear without a parent's written permission.
What if a centre closes or moves?
Update or mark the profile at once and redirect the centre page. An old listing sends a parent to an empty door, which reflects on the whole brand.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
