Egg suppliers · Website

Give buyers one page that says what you supply, where, and how to order.

A website for an egg supplier is a short, phone-first set of pages that states what you supply, which areas you deliver to, the smallest order you take and how to reach you. It is where a buyer lands from the map, a search or a forwarded link. GullySales plans the pages and the contact routes, and keeps the wording plain.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For egg suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer is on a phone, in a hurry”

A shop owner or cook looks at your page between jobs. The top of the page should hold the trade, the area, a call button and a WhatsApp button. A long story about the farm pushes the phone number out of sight.

  • “State the minimum order and the area”

Nothing wastes a call like a buyer asking for ten trays when your minimum is higher, or from a locality you do not cover. Saying it on the page filters the callers and saves the team's time.

  • “Institutions look for proof”

A hostel manager or tender clerk wants to see licences, vehicles and references. A page or downloadable profile with these, kept current, helps a buyer say yes inside their own organisation. Show only papers that are valid.

  • “Keep food claims careful”

Eggs are food, and advertising claims are covered by rules that differ by state and body. Describe sizes, packing and delivery, not health or purity, and check the wording with your own food safety adviser.

What we do

What we deliver for egg suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

Home, buyer-type pages for bakeries, hostels and hotels, an area-covered page and a contact page.

Result: You have a list of pages with the job each does.

  2. Writing for the pages

Plain copy for each page, in English and the local language, checked for food-trade claims.

Result: Each page reads clearly to a busy buyer.

  3. Contact and order buttons

Call and WhatsApp buttons on every page, with a simple order enquiry form.

Result: A buyer can call or message in one tap.

  4. Supplier profile download

A document with licences, vehicles, capacity and references for institutional buyers.

Result: A buyer can download the papers they need.

  5. Map and listing link-up

The page linked with your business profile so details match everywhere.

Result: Address, area and phone are identical on page and map.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a large site?
No. A few pages are enough for a route trade. The page supports the phone and the map listing. A bigger site makes sense only if you add packed eggs for households or a wider area.
Can buyers order directly on the site?
They can send an order enquiry, which your team confirms by call or chat. Taking payments online brings other duties, so decide that separately and check with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
