Event equipment rental companies · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the item a buyer types, with the city beside it, not for rental in general.

SEO for an event equipment rental company means appearing when someone searches for the exact thing they must hire, such as chair hire, tent on rent or cooler for function, in the place they need it. GullySales works on item pages, the words buyers use for each item, and the structure that lets search engines read your stock.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For event equipment rental companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by item, not by business type”

Nobody types event equipment rental company. They type tent on rent, chair and table hire or cooler for a function, with an area name beside them. A single page about everything you rent answers none of those searches well.

  • “The same item has three names”

A shamiana, a pandal and a tent are one product to the buyer and three keywords to a search engine. Regional and English names for crockery, coolers and generators vary by city, so the page has to carry the names your customers say aloud.

  • “Sizes and minimums are what people compare”

A buyer wants to know the tent dimensions, how many guests a set of tables seats and the least quantity you deliver. Pages that hold these facts earn the visit that a plain photo gallery loses.

  • “Other rental shops write thin pages”

Competitors list items with a photo and a phone number. A page with sizes, delivery areas, set-up details and honest return terms stands out because it answers what the buyer was about to ask on the phone.

What we do

What we deliver for event equipment rental companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword list built from your own calls

The words callers use for each item, collected from call notes and chat history and grouped by item.

Result: The list holds the real names buyers use for chairs, tents, coolers and power.

  2. One page per item group

Chairs, tables, tents, crockery, cooling, power and flooring each get a page with title, sizes, photos and delivery areas.

Result: Each item group has its own address that a search can land on.

  3. Area pages for places you serve

Pages for the localities and nearby towns you deliver to, each with the items and a note on how far the crew travels.

Result: A search with an area name finds a page about that area.

  4. Photos named and described properly

Stock images saved with descriptive file names and plain captions, so a search engine reads what each picture shows.

Result: Every photo on the site says what it is and the size it shows.

  5. A basic technical check

Page speed on a phone, broken links, duplicate pages and the site map reviewed and listed for fixing.

Result: A written list of technical faults found and fixed.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the site ranks?
We do not give a timeline, because search depends on competition, the age of the site and how many buyers search in your city. We set up the pages, then show you the positions and visits recorded against the baseline.
Do we need a blog for this?
Not to start. Item pages and area pages come first. A guide, such as how many chairs a hall seats, can follow once those exist and the questions are known from your calls.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
