Franchise development companies · Website

Give founders and investors each a clear door into the firm's site.

A website for a franchise development firm has to serve two visitors: the founder judging the firm and the investor comparing brands. GullySales plans the pages, the brand listings and the enquiry forms so each visitor finds the right route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For franchise development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page speaks to one visitor only”

A page that opens with units available leaves the founder unsure the firm sells mandates. A page that opens with the mandate leaves the investor looking for brands. The home page must show both routes at once.

  • “A brand list without detail looks like a directory”

A page of logos and one-line descriptions tells the investor little. Each brand needs a page with its investment range, support and a clear next step, using only facts the brand has confirmed.

  • “Forms that ask too much lose investors”

A long form asking for every personal detail before a conversation stops the casual but serious buyer. Ask for city, budget and a phone number, and gather the rest on the call.

  • “A site that never changes looks dormant”

If the brand list and guides have not changed for a long time, visitors wonder whether the firm is still active. Retire closed mandates and add new brands as their material arrives.

What we do

What we deliver for franchise development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page with two doors

A home page that sends the founder to the mandate page and the investor to the brand list, each with a line on what to expect.

Result: Each visitor can find their route without reading the whole page.

  2. A mandate page for brand owners

A page that explains what the firm does for a brand, what it needs from the founder and how the readiness note works.

Result: A founder can see how the firm would work before calling.

  3. Brand pages built to one standard

A consistent template for each brand with investment range, support, space needed and next step.

Result: Candidates can compare brands on the same points.

  4. Short enquiry forms by audience

Two forms, one for investors and one for founders, each asking only what the first call needs.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the fields the team will use.

  5. Placement stories and a contact route

A place for permissioned stories and a plain way to reach the team by call or WhatsApp.

Result: A visitor can reach a person from any page.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for each brand?
No. A page per brand on the firm's site is enough, with its own enquiry route. A separate site splits the firm's search presence and doubles the upkeep.
How do we handle a brand that withdraws?
Take its page down or redirect it, and tell any open candidates directly. Leave no page offering a brand you can no longer place.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
