Generator rental · Website

A hire website should answer size, price terms and arrival in the first screen.

A website for a generator rental firm is a set of pages that tells a buyer which sets you hold, what the hire includes and how to book. GullySales works on the structure, the content and the contact route so a visitor on a phone can ring or send a pin from the first screen.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For generator rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone and in a hurry”

An outage sends people to their mobile at once. A page that opens slowly or hides the call button under a long story loses the visitor, who goes back to the results and taps the next firm.

  • “Sizes without uses mean nothing to a buyer”

A list of kVA ratings is meaningless to a wedding family. Pairing each size with what it runs, such as lights, sound and a catering kitchen, turns the page into a guide and not a catalogue.

  • “Terms revealed only at the gate cause arguments”

Diesel, delivery, operator, deposit and waiting charges that appear only on the invoice start disputes at the gate. Stating how each is handled on the page sets expectations before the call.

  • “A corporate buyer needs proof, not adjectives”

A facility manager looks for past standby work, technician support and the make of the sets. A capability page with those facts, kept truthful, lets the purchase team move forward without a visit.

What we do

What we deliver for generator rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A mobile-first home page with call and message buttons

Sizes, uses and one-tap contact at the top of the screen.

Result: A visitor can ring or message from the first screen.

  2. Pages for events, sites, hospitals and factories

Each use gets a page with sizes, inclusions and the questions its buyer asks.

Result: Each kind of buyer lands on a page written for them.

  3. A terms and inclusions section

Diesel, delivery, operator, cabling and deposit explained in plain words.

Result: The page states what a hire includes.

  4. A capability page for corporate buyers

Fleet makes, sizes, technician support and past sectors served, stated only where true.

Result: A purchase team can check the facts before the call.

  5. An enquiry form feeding the shared sheet

Date, place, load and phone, passing straight into your enquiry list.

Result: Web enquiries appear on the same sheet as calls.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can you fix ours?
We read your current site first. If its pages, speed and contact route work, we improve them; if they do not, we rebuild only what must change.
Should the site show prices?
Show how charges work and a starting rate only if you can honour it. The final quote depends on load, place and duration, so we put the terms on the page and the figure on the call.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
