Hydroponic farming companies · Website

A site that shows the racks, the water and the price sheet before the chef asks.

A website for a hydroponic farm is the page a chef, a store buyer or a family reads to decide whether to trust the farm. GullySales plans the pages, the proof and the ordering route, and helps you write them in plain words.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For hydroponic farming companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question is how it is grown”

Every visitor wonders what hydroponic means and whether the produce is safe. A site that opens with a lettuce tray and a pretty slogan skips the answer. The how-we-grow page, with photographs of your own racks and water, belongs one tap from the home page.

  • “Kitchens want items and a way to order, not a story”

A chef on a phone between services looks for the item list, pack sizes, delivery days and a button to message. Everything else is secondary. A site that hides the sheet behind an about page loses the visit.

  • “Kit buyers and farm buyers should not share a page”

Someone buying a terrace kit and someone buying fifty kilos of greens have different needs. Mixed, the site confuses both. Separate entrances from the home page let each go straight to what they came for.

  • “Claims on the page are read by regulators and rivals”

A line on safety or purity written without records invites challenge. The website is the place where every sentence is checked against what you can document, because the page stays up long after the pack is gone.

What we do

What we deliver for hydroponic farming companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map for each buyer

Home, how we grow, for kitchens, for stores, for families, kits and contact, laid out in the order buyers need them.

Result: A site structure where each buyer finds their page.

  2. A how-we-grow page in plain words

The system, the water, the cleaning and any testing you do, with photographs you supply.

Result: A page a parent or a chef can read in one go.

  3. A kitchen page with the price sheet

The item list, pack sizes, delivery days and an order button that opens WhatsApp.

Result: A chef can order from the page.

  4. A claims check against your records

Every sentence on every page read against your documents, with unsupported lines struck.

Result: A marked copy showing what stays.

  5. Visit and subscription forms

Forms for farm tours and subscriptions that go to a number your team answers.

Result: A family can book without sending a separate message.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
Only for kits or subscriptions. For kitchens, a price sheet and a WhatsApp button work better, since prices and items change with the harvest. We decide by how your buyers order now.
Can we use our own photographs?
Yes, and we prefer them. Pictures of your racks, tanks and packing table are specific to your farm. Keep visitors and children out of frames unless they have agreed to be shown.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
